These crooks do these things banking on our supposed ignorance and docility. When one person speaks up he becomes the disrespectful young man who is questioning his elders.

What exactly is the Host Community Development Trust Fund, and what is its purpose? Is it suppose to benefit all state or just oil producing state?

I must admit, this is the first time I'm hearing about the HCDTF. I honestly don't such a thing exists or what it's for.

He's mismanaged funds he's still not accounted for and I'd never be in his camp.
