I greet ooo , please i have a question , my wife has carry over course to write in match next year , wanted to apply for advance entry for nursing . I want to know if she can apply and get her transcript without the carry over course ? note she is already on second class upper .she doesnt want to go for master cause she as always wanted to study nursing and want to apply with her degree so she can run nursing for 2 years . Please waiting for advice

Please dont miss this point as you have said she is applying to study nursing. Hope her education and experience is related to nursing. If not it is a big hurdle as it is a red flag that she is going direct for PR and not study.

Even if you apply to AL1 university the chances are high that they will request for SOA if you guys apply together.

15K is around 5m which is not sufficient for a bank statement to sponsor a student.

Those are wonderful steps in the right direction. Unfortunately $15k as deposit is not enough. You are looking at least $30k as deposit should you choose to, that is your wife and her two dependents.

As an IT person that works downtown Chicago, you'll be surprised how many Nigerians (Africans in general, but mostly Naija) I run into downtown or on the train during my commute downtown...all working professionally.

I and my wife applied for US visa but was denied but now I want to reapply , I have a company that was running before we applied in 2015 but i didnt include it in my employment list , Can I add it now with my old job , my wife just put to birth and we want to apply as family with baby . I don't know when you processed yours or when you helped someone. The process is now continuous. My position is based on that of someone I helped this month. He got his VAL in August at 80%. It moved to 85% after he arrived MY and submitted his registration letter and medicals to emgs. It is now 100% cos the student pass has been stamped on the passport. Even when I processed mine last year, I got my val at 70%. Some changes were made to the process last year. More changes were made this year. We don't need to argue over it.

Wrong. The process becomes 100% after you have arrived in Malaysia and gotten the student pass on your passport. It's usually 80% when you get your single entry visa.
