Boss, I didn't get the third sentence of your response jnyuwa02: Any marks sheet offered to you in the past by school that gives a summary of academic progress for all four years. Pressurize your school to issue transcript as soon as possible and substitute through the online portal. After deadline but not by much is fine as long as the body of your application paperwork is filed timely within the deadline. |

Bosses, with this Nasu strike, getting unofficial transcript is proving difficult. Is there any alternative to getting or generating one that's OK as an unofficial transcript to be used for online application. |

Thanks Boss Frankrobbn1: Josh1996,
Don't misinterpret it okay. On this forum, I have seen several 1 year program applicants getting their visa. But ever since this year, the Visa officers have this mindset that most applicants applying with a 1 year program is using study permit as a means to facilitate entry into Canada. So therefore, for such application to scale through you need to provide a rational explanation to why you are going for a year program in Canada, that's where length of stay in Canada comes into questioning. Thus, to jump all this hurdles of providing a convincing SOP, it's better you get a 2 years program preferably.
Hope is understood..... |

I was seeing something about 1yr programs not been given visas. That's why am asking. I just recently finished uni and intend applying asap while using NYSC as home ties Frankrobbn1: Implications in what way Sir? I don't understand. If you should package your application tightly, I don't see any problem. |

GOOD afternoon bosses, please have sent so many mails out to professors all without any response and others saying they aren't taking any students at this point in time. I.applied for university of Saskatchewan pre-qualification and they informed me after like a month that my application is still under consideration. Would love to know what that means for people that applied for their pre-qualification form. Also want to know the implication of applying for an M.ENG program when applying for the visa. Thanks and God bless |

Congratulations, God that did it for you will do it for all of us Youngblood28: Good day pals I have been a silent reader here for a couple of months now. I got my offer letter for fall 2017 sometime in March 2017 and proceeded with an online application( heard it was faster and more convenient) on the 5th of May2017, biometrics was done on the 9th of May2017 and I checked processing, it was about 14weeks then, so I relaxed. Wrote cic a couple of times when resumption was really close and my village people hijacked the mails. I had no choice but to defer the admission to fall 2018, because that is the only slot available. As God will have it, I got a medical call late November and a passport request 29th of Jan 2018. I wasn’t going to post this until I see the visa, but I want to encourage those who have been waiting this long not to give up hope, I pray you cannot wait this long and get a refusal IJN. |

How possible is this? Has anyone tried it and it worked? IstandWitBuhari: Obtain a progressive transcript from your department duely signed by your HOD , any foreign University should consider you with that pending when your official transcript is out. |

Pls someone should help answer this post Josh1996: Good afternoon bosses, pls I would be applying for my masters this year as I just recently graduated (November 2017). Is the NYSC certificate a necessary document in the travel visa process as my parents aren't interested in me completing the NYSC process. Am applying for fall 2018 admission. Would also love to know how long it takes to get a student visa and it's level of difficulty especially for someone who doesn't have any travel history. Thanks and God bless..Happy new year to everyone |
