Okay. .I have been calling the lady and have been getting good feedbacks. just worried about the supervisor not responding to my mail Prudento: The person u should be contacting more often now is the Graduate Admin. Your supervisor will not see ur application until they have forwarded to her. Note that some graduate admins may not forward ur application without u disturbing them. |

Were u admitted after all the stress Phocusjosh: After the payment of application fee. Contact course advisor or graduate coordinator in the department for help. After payment of application fee, I had to send my transcript and forward other documents via email to the faculty of agriculture. |

Bosses, please I am already filling the online application of one of the universities in canada, but I don't have my transcript with me as my school are not issuing it yet. But I have my compiled results (from my 100-500 with my CGPA) with me. Can I upload that as an unofficial transcript. Thanks |

Thanks boss Slik07: First option is your call. With such result & good SOP; offer & funding is assured. |
Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Josh1996: 1:02pm On Apr 09, 2018 |
GRADUATED with a 4.46 Slik07: Your options look straightforward but there are not.
In the first option, you dont need to secure a supervisor and funding is assured if offer is made. In such school, to get admission is hard because they've many reasons not to give you offer: lack of fund, no supervisor to take you, low grade etc. I dont know your CGPA anyway.
In the second option, no funding, but you've already secured a supervisor, which means that your admission is 50% assured unlike the first option.
If you've a good result, go for the first option. |

Pls I have one more last slot to apply to one more school out of two..but am confused The first option is a school that doesn't require u securing a supervisor and could offer me an admission scholarship The second option is a school where I have secured a supervisor already but no scholarship or funding . Which do I pick? |

Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Josh1996: 10:33pm On Apr 02, 2018 |
Thanks boss jnyuwa02: Not necessary except the school instructs you to do so. Even if the school doesn’t instruct you, if you have the money, I recommend you do it. The service pretty much will help you convert your gpa into Canadian style system and offer authentication of your transcript. These can prevent a lot of hassles for the school and VOs. It won’t leave them wondering whether the transcripts you submitted is real or what scale your grades on the Canadian system lie or can be compared to. It helps cut their work short in essence. You can also use the WES for EXpress Entry later, which is an added benefit. |
