By what am seeing, i believe the ecommerce store is run on the OPENCART ecommerce platform.

if so, you just need to edit your index.php file and remove the div block,
login to your cpanel, navigate to the template in use directory and open the "index.php" file. Then look for the query used to call the content of that div.
