Why not just trust someone here to do it for you. Give whomever you chose access to the files and let them fix it.

By what am seeing, i believe the ecommerce store is run on the OPENCART ecommerce platform.

if so, you just need to edit your index.php file and remove the div block,
login to your cpanel, navigate to the template in use directory and open the "index.php" file. Then look for the query used to call the content of that div.
