Thanks for this comprehensive analysis Mr Abdul, he suggested borehole thought but I didn't ask him for the cost, I can always do that considering it's advantage on the longterm, he did showed me a raft job he just finished and I saw so many used Planck on ths site, he said he will still use same Planck for the beam/pillar and lintel work of the house.

Sir, thanks for your comments I really do appreciate, still can't get the structural but I have a floor plan attached maybe it will give more idea. Mr Abdul says the labour looks ok considering that German floor is included; cost of material is a liitle above 2m, 10% of 2m for labour in this case doesn't look ok or am I getting something wrong

What about price of 2 by 4 wood, a truck of filling sand and a bag of lafarge cement( 400bags) needed then how do you deliver?

The house is fenced, there's water (borehole) and it runs in all the rooms, it has two toilets also has a store beside the kitchen, toilet, bathroom and kitchen are 100% tiles, all floor is tiled with PVC ceiling, house has just be painted, it's actually 2uniits and yes I am the landlord, will get pictures hopefully by tomorrow

Have got a neatly finished 2bedroom flat for rent at iyesi in ota, about 3-5mins drive from idiroko road for rent. No agency fees just annual rent and legal fee with the lawyer. Let me know if you are interested

My project is close to the first gate. The area is waterlogged so I had to do raft foundation, I have since decked, roofed and about to start plastering anytime soon. Once you deck, fence and fill your compound, you will be fine, although the roads were not well done initially, the drainages were well done. I also did my soakaways so I could use the sand from there as part of the filing. Feel free to ask me more specific questions if you need to.

@jidody, thanks for dropping by, i would like to get the details of your builder then since he has an experience about the area, i dont want to bring someone that doesnt have an idea of that terrain so we dont run into some troubles when project starts, please can you drop your digits any contact i can use to reach you or your builder so i talk to him/her directly.... dont laugh at the "her" women don dey build now ooo...
