cut down their schdules at work, try to have a balance between work and taking care of the kids. They can reduce the time they spend at work if possible, take breaks to be with the kids and understand them.

This isn't a problem per se,it's not compulsory one has to resign for the other. The love of both the father and mother is very necessary for a child, what will it take for the two of them to cut down their work schedule to cater for the children? Isn't it the children they are working so hard for?

lol...it's happens at times. It depends on the kind you are playing either blitz or the classical chess. Blitz is fast, just play and make sure your time doesn't run out. Fast thinking. Different from the classical chess where you have to seat and think for a while before playing.
So maybe we could play sometime?

it's almost the same thing every where, females play of course but very few in number. Last year I had the oppurtunity of meeting great female players who are even better than some guys I know. My point is ladies are Scarce everywhere not just in nigeria. Sorry I don't have a BB
