FashionRe: SNFP:Social Network Fashion Police by joywendy(op):
Thanks glamsquard for the pic
Mmmm...
Nice hair, nice makeup
At 2nd glance, it looks like a top tucked in a skirt. Nice dress, it's a see through dress. I remember seeing this outfit on selena gomez of recent on E! It was white in colur and she looked really terrible. I like the down part of the dress, the top just looks odd. Maybe if the underwear part was black and she wore something else inside, maybe it would have been nice. But anyways it works for them, so undecided That second pic didn't hide the baby bump oh. It's was so clear esp with the kind of posture she took. She tried though. smiley

I hate it when some people don't mind their business, you see a thread asking for the opinion of girls and you see guys commenting, it's not like they are saying sensible things oh. Jusy a few actually say something reasonable and vice versa. Imgaine there was a thread for sickle cell patients and someone came on the thread praising God that he aint a sickler. The thread is for sicklers or those who have someone they know suffering from it ,and you way no have anything concerning the matter they comment like one mumu angry What will it take you to look and pass? Why comment on what doesn't concern you?

234GT: Guys are generally more intelligent than ladies, so guys get the plum jobs mostly.

No offence intended to ladies, it is just the fact.
really? Source please
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Who Suffers Unemployment Most, Males Or Females? by joywendy(f):
angela98: In Nigeria its the female because of indirect sex/gender discrimination in the society, in relation to employment. Employment is unfavourable to women, Particularly married woman. In the private sector, their are very limited flexibilities for female employees. Only on the public sector which thus have very limited job vacancies.
exactly! I don't know why people are arguing here. Even when statistics shows this, it's unfortunate that I can't upload my pdf on unemployment and labour Statistics. To prove the point.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Who Suffers Unemployment Most, Males Or Females? by joywendy(f):
Who suffers unemployment most?

The youths.

Out of the men and ladies in this category, ladies suffer more.

Compared to guys esp. When it comes to formal labour like all this organizatonal work, govt work. Etc Women are few in number for that reason you find them engaging in informal labour like sole trading and the rest.

This are based from facts from the following links
http://www.tradingeconomics.com/nigeria/unemployment-total-percent-of-total-labor-force-wb-data.html
As for this link. Check out the structure of the labour force and see the difference between the two genders.

http://www.academicexcellencesociety.com/gender_and_labour_force_participation_in_nigeria_issues_and_prospects.html

You can look at the pic below from the Nbs
Labour stastics from 2010
And there is also a pdf on gender in nigeria report 2012 from the british council which you can read.
You will be very convinced that women are the ones who suffer from unemployment more than men.

Sorry the pdf refused to upload.
You can download the pdf here

#following

we would see some confirmed lies very soon

there are some testimonies i hear in church that sounds heartless and selfish attimes.
Like someone who posted here that he had a motor accident and everyone died and he is the only one who survived. And everyone will shout halleyuah that he is alive and God has a reason to spare his life. So what of the others that died?? Doesnt God care for them too? Is it right for us to celebrate over one person living over thousands that die?

Dairy products.

Health5 Foods That Can Damage The Skin by joywendy(op):
1. Sugary products
Overly salty or sugary foods spike your insulin production, which causes inflammation both inside your body and on your face and ultimately slows down your skin’s ability to regenerate itself. It’s also important to limit your alcohol intake, especially drinks with added sugars like margaritas. They dehydrate your body and make fine lines more pronounced.
“Redness and inflammation will continue and be constant factors if sugar isn’t removed from the diet,” says Becky Sturm, founder of the online beauty shopping website Storm Sister Spatique.
2.Caffeine
Caffeinated drinks dehydrate you, which does a number on your skin’s elasticity and collagen—and that can make your skin more prone to sagging and wrinkles. If you can’t go without it, make sure to drink the recommended eight glasses of water daily to keep your body and skin hydrated.
3.Processed food
Highly processed junk food made with additives and preservatives—such as white bread, chips, French fries, soda, and candy—makes your blood-sugar levels spike. This causes your hormones to stimulate excessive oil production, clogging pores and aging the skin.
4. Dairy products
Studies linking the consumption of dairy to breakouts date back to the 1960s. In fact, doctors used to treat acne by recommending patients give up milk. But then, as medication to treat pimples became more effective and available, there was less of a focus on preventing breakouts through dietary changes.
When you develop cystic breakouts—those hard, painful, underground blemishes that linger for weeks on the chin, jaw line, and neck area—it might be a sign that you’re getting more dairy in your diet than your body can tolerate, says celebrity esthetician Renee Rouleau. Your skin acts as an excretory system to get rid of things that your body doesn’t agree with, so when you take in too much dairy, it comes out in the form of cystic blemishes in the lower area of the face.

5. Sea foods

Shrimp, crab, and lobster are high in iodine, which can lead to clogged pores and acne. A better option is fish, which contains omega fatty acids that help improve your skin.

FashionRe: SNFP:Social Network Fashion Police by joywendy(op): 11:05pm On Jul 26, 2014
mitchyy: My dear, i'm not talking about dressing classy. Its about pairing the right outfits. And yes, you need the essentials in your wardrobe in order for you to pair outfits properly. Essentials like a classic white shirt, black pumps or strappy heels, pants in dark shade, a black bag and so on. You can't have just one black shoe and one pink shoe and expect to nail your look all the time. Sometimes out of not wanting to be caught wearing the same black shoe, you intentially commit fashion blunder, brave the criticism and wear the pink shoe, despite it being ill-matching with the outfit.
And that is why i don't spare celebs in my criticism. They have the essentials in their wardrobe i guess, so if they step out looking horrible, then their fashion sense obviously went on a vacation. They have no excuse. Shey u get? grin
mmm....true, they say if you don't have what you want make use of what you have. If you got a black shoe and a pink shoe, and you have different colours of clothes. I believe there is a way you can match those clothes with this two particular shoes without making a fashion blunder. We have what we call colour blocking nowadays (though not a big fan of it, cause the concept behind it still confuses me attimes), so it's very possible.

VERDICT

Okay miss mitchyy:
Here it goes

The good cheesy

Hair-lovely! Me likey cheesy
Make up-beautiful! smiley
Skirt and shirt: gorgeous smiley (you got to get me one of these wink )

The not so good sad
*clears throat*
I mentioned it before and others also agree with me.
The necklace- it wasn't necessary, you would have done better without it. Even if you wanted to wear one, maybe a smaller one not too noticeable like what you wore.
The shoes: mmm...not that bad per se, but a black pump (high or flat) according to almost everone here would have been better and I was thinking maybe a nice black wedge too could go with it.

I'm not sure where to put this

I like the shirt and skirt but it was too colourful, there was too much focus on the colours of the outfit than you . You should have toned it down with black acessories, black bag or clucth purse.
Posture: it seemed like everyone just left that aside grin the first pic isn't bad but the second one was a bit odd.
Sorry sis you would be fined for the necklace and shoes sadsad

In all, your outfit was gorge, gorge, gorge!! smiley smiley. Lovely smile, lovely figure.

It takes a lot of guts to put your pic here, and I really love your courage and open mindness. Keep up the good work! smiley

I tried my best to be as nice as possible. I fulfilled my promise didn't I? wink
Thanks everyone for the comments
Next pic please smiley
