Please someone intends travelling to another city in the UK, contrary to the information she provided during her visa application. Would this pose a problem at the POE?

The initial city was Londonderry in Northern Ireland but now she wants to travel to London cos her contact in Derry disappointed her. �


Plans can change so not a problem

Ok boss, I think if she has a copy of the visa, I mean that's y if you are given a visa, always/try and scan a copy and keep in your archive.... Let her consult UKVI and explain what happen, also if she has a copy of the visa she might be able to apply for vignette transfer just saying ni oooo, I don't know if it's possible but if it's my enemy I think that is what I would advice ✌️✌️

I paid mine before flutterwave grounded their virtual card operations back in July.

I will say there is no hope at all unless you get someone over there to help you pay for it.

Fg recently put out the word that nobody is allowed to make transactions with naira cards anymore.

I don't know how this might affect domiciliary account holders sha but I won't advice my worst enemy to try with that either

I am planning to go without getting the visa from the embassy and this will prevent from fingerprint , but the visa is not fake , I don't know how to go about the fingerprint it's the only problem i am having now , please any one with a way out ??

okay. I hope it's something that is done really fast though. I don't have much time and other flights to the UK are expensive

I am just about to start the process and am willing to use super priority means for the visa to be out faster
But currently I don't have any where to stay in the UK and this is what is keeping me awaiting not to start the visa processing yet , as soon as I get any one willing to accommodate me for a week or two weeks pending the time I will get my apartment then I can start the process


House is there anyone in the UK that can accommodate me upon my arrival
I am 21 years old currently in my final year I suppose to graduate last two months ago but the ASUU strike destroy my plan

Cause I know surely the immigration officer will ask me about where I will be staying for my tourist period any one that can help me for two weeks stay before I get my own apartment ??

Let me give you a clue for those who there visas will be granted, after you submit your application, TLS will send an email saying your application has now been transferred to Ukvi for decision making, another email will come from Ukvi that your application is received and been prepared for decisions making, then another email from Ukvi days after that your application is been prepared for consideration if you get emails in this order your application will be granted, but start making sure all your contacts are in order because this is the period they will start calling your company etc

But if you only get one message from TLS and one from UKvi I am sorry you might be refused

It was truly in active. I was following this group and I observe refusal can happen too and when I check it was in active then Softlife did an advert here he was the one I run to contact. To active it and he did that and I guess I notice that lately. All this application was done by me. No agent involve

After all struggles and bugles. My passport finally came with a refuse letter because of CAC only. When I submitted my CAC info was active. But I have right to reapply immediately. This is to inform the gurus and experience members in the house. You are really doing real job. Kudos to you. I will be reapplying back next months. The reasons was at the attached documents

Thanks @alert20 for your response, it was a honest mistake. I’ve had several US Visas after and not thinking refusal of 2009 will count.

How about the other scenario stated, should the applicant cancel too?

Hello Gurus

The delays with passport renewal means that my new passport wont be ready to be included in my visa application for health care worker skilled visa. Please I need to be clear on the following before submitting my application

· Does the passport validity of less than 3 months affect my chances of getting a positive visa approval decision by the UK consular who will be reviewing my application?

· Are there restrictions to submission of visa application with passport with 3 months or less validity period? I have read through various sources that this might not be a problem if an application is for a tourist visa. I am just wondering if the 2 years skilled worker visa that I will be applying for matters in all of this.

I am making this enquiry because I do not want to jeopardize my visa approval chances because of the validity of my passport which is just 3 months.

Please I need your advice.

Thanks for the response. Do you mean I, as the main applicant, pay 42k and the family comes along with me OR we all pay 42k each? I have seen appointment dates for all four of us on a single day, but just need to clarify as I'd want all applications to be processed together.

I am trying to book for my 3 dependants and I, but on the TLS website, it says that for family groups, we'd need to pay for flexi which is 45k for each family member (45K*4). Has anyone used an alternative method, how did you go about it? Do I book individual slots and attend with my family? How do we get it merged as a family as the Main Applicant is applying for priority while dependants are applying for standard visa?

Please your candid help will be much appreciated.

In response to your question, I don't think it matters.

However, I would delay uploading my bank statements if I knew that my next monthly salary would arrive a few days before the biometrics.

After my salary has been deposited into my account, I will upload my bank statements to show recent transactions.

Me, my wife and our 5 years old daughter did our biometric on 18th of May, till now NO refusal NO collection email.

Like seriously I'm tired.

Hmmmm. I also got a refusal mail after 9weeks with lots of discrepancies. The refusal mail made reference to the statement I uploaded which did not show I’m a salary earner as on my application form (ECO Bank SOA): I don’t have an ECO BANK acc, I uploaded a different bank acc. I applied to visit the UK for 6days, the refusal letter quoted that I applied for a 15days visit to the UK, I attached a Leave advice from my office, the ECO in the refusal mail said I ought to get a letter from my POW to confirm I ll be on vacation at the period.

My GWF NO: was not even quoted on the refusal mail. I guess the ECO was not sure of the one he/she was treating at the time so decided not to quote it.
