Also search for various emails connecting UKVI and the High Commission, send these emails constantly - two, three, four times daily for one week, then wait for three weeks, you'll definitely get a response. Don't send a paid mail, no reasonable response will be given. Also do not engage the service of a lawyer at this time.

Hi guys, good morning. I need your help I applied for a standard 2 years uk visit visa in June and got a refusal mail today 30th of august 2022. The content of d mail is not in any way related to me. My first passport was gotten in 2010 and my first 6 month visa to uk was in 2010. I also did my masters in uk in 2012 then I had a 2 years student visa. After d expiration of my student 2 years visa I also got another 2 years visiting visa in 2014. I have been in Nigeria since then. I applied for a 2 years visit visa now and was refused. In 2008 I was still an undergraduate not even gotten a Nigerian passport not to talk of a uk visa. I have never been deported nor had any criminal conviction both in uk and Nigeria, I don’t drive not to talk of driving license. I have never been banned nor seek asylum. I think there is a mix up with some other person’s application. Pls how do I sort this out what are my options. I will attach a copy of d refusal

Hello gurus in the house, please I need your help and advice. I got a refusal letter and some of the figures stated as the reason for refusal are different from what I used in the application. For example: where they stated 296.42 NGN(£595.26). The figure I used in the application was £595.26 but 293,269.24 NGN. I think there is an error there. Also, I submitted the business account statement, it seems they didn't look at it at all because that is where I had huge deposits as a result of business transactions not even in my personal account. Although some of the huge deposits I made in my personal account was evidenced with documents.

Dear Team, i just renewed my passport and i have not used it yet, no visa or stamps. However, my previous expired passports has several visas and entry/exit stamps including a US visa stamp. Eventhough i have indicated my travel history in my application, do i still need to submit my expired passport with my new passport when i go for my biometrics? Thank you

There was a naija girl on Facebook....she got to uk and informed her employer that she pregnant. The employer said the lady never disclosed it and that will dom care it would be very difficult and withdrew the offer. This was 2 weeks after she came and lost her sponsorship

Legally I don't know if an employer is right to discriminate against a pregnant woman but I am just stating the story as it happened. I contacted her and we chatted and she made up her mind to return back to Nigeria and try again later when the baby born . She tried for a month to get another cos but couldnt. It was sad and very stressful. All that money spent and she was left with no income in UK.

Some comments on Facebook said she should sue or contact a lawyer. Legally you should not discriminate against pregnancy but hey this really happened so be careful

I wrote Ielts academic in 2019. Talking about the Ielts general UKVI, is it the same method with the former where I have separate dates for the speaking part and writing, reading and listening sections?.

Good morning, everyone,
My wife and son had their biometric for dependant visa on the 14th April at TLS Ikeja Lagos. She got pick up mail for my son on 6th of May, found my son’s passport and her own decision letter in pickup package. Following paid mail, son’s decision letter was sent via email days later.
The problem is, my wife has not gotten her passport returned since. Several paid mails and calls to UKVI, they kept saying they have escalated the query to appropriate department and that they will get in touch shortly. Its been over 3months now. My son’s vignette has even expired, my wife who is supposed to travel with him has not gotten her passport back.
On TLS tracking, it still shows that application is at DMC. She has decision letter stating that application is successful and has permission to enter UK since 20th of May 2022.
Please house, I need help, how else can I go about retrieving my wife’s passport.

NARIC is part of the option for english but the ECO just went into the case looking for IELTS only..

The bad part is i was now technically at fault..this client wanted to do IELTS...but i was afraid she wont make the cut off cos her bachrlors na so so credit and D full the transcriot....so i chipped in the option of NARIC.. so she wont waste time and money
