Typing too many stuff doesn't make you half sensible. Some countries (136 countries as of last count) recognize Palestine, not all countries do. USA is one of the countries that does not recognize Palestine's statehood. So as far as USA is concerned, Arafat wasn't a valid President or Head of state, so they denied him visa.

USA has no such inhibitions with Nigeria's statehood. So if you vote Atiku in, he'll be issued a diplomatic visa. QED
