Sense of smell and taste has fully returned. If what I had is COVID-19, then recovery was easy.

Keep drinking warm water. That's the only remedy that worked for my friend who tested positive to Covid-19 in the UK. You will be fine. It took him about 7 days to recover.

had same symptoms. my doctor asked me to get augmentin or zeenat. with lonart to be precise. Then I also took ginger drink afterwards. it lasted for close to two weeks but am very much fine now

You are a threat to your family. Use garlic and ginger with hot water. Drink twice daily. Also inhale the hot steam with a towel cover. Take vitamin c up to 6tabs daily and take lots of fruits. The sense of taste and smell will return within 1 to 2 weeks. Right now you are a danger to everyone around u. Please save the old and those who have other underlying disease like bp, diabetes etc by staying away from them. Dont visit or allow visitors. You will be fine later. I have tried the number, no response

So, it all started on Friday when I returned home after the day's work. I was feeling abnormally tired and weak but felt it'd go by the next morning. Apparently, it didn't. Instead I started having repeated internal chills on Saturday morning but my body was very hot. My throat felt sore, all my muscles and joints began paining me. So I quickly went to a clinic here and I tested for Malaria and was given anti Malarial drugs. All symptoms continued till Sunday and today being Monday, while using the toilet, I couldn't perceive anything for which I found strange. To confirm my suspicion, I sprayed pefume on my hand but still nothing. I assumed my sense of taste would have been gone too and I put some tooth paste in my mouth but couldn't taste anything. I'm waiting to see which other symptom will develop tomorrow.

PS: I'm self isolating, and I'm based in Kogi state.

Hmmn. Our figures aren't consistent. It rises today, drop the next, pick up after two days and so on.

We're already tired of the updates.

Who should be tested in Kogi state? I for one in Kogi state, I'm not showing any symptoms and I haven't been in recent contact with someone who has the virus. If I'm tested, how sure am I that the kit won't say I'm positive when even paw paw and goat has tested positive.
