Just go TO Jamb website put ur Jamb no dia in the yr u got admission to check ur admission status, ur name and details will pop out, check the way they wrote ur surname dia den take it to UR sch to write it like dat. If u ve Jamb admission letter den check dia too. The SURNAME on nysc senate list MUST MATCH with the one on Jamb website if not u cant register.

Can someone help me? There was an error in my jamb no. I was told it doesn't exist. I reported to my school. It was then rectified,it then started showing "the name on the senate list doesn't match with jamb record" and the name was correct,even on my admission letter. I reported to school again,it was rectified,but the made an error again on my jamb number. Then again on thursday,I reported to my school,d jamb no was rectified,now I'm seeing "the name on the senate list does not match with that on jamb record"..... I'm frustrated. I don't know what to do again. I can't afford ti miss dis batch. I swear I don't want to harm myself. Somebody,anybody help

Here's an idea. Since we're findin it hard 2 verify admission status, c wat I think. Go to jamb website. Click in d year,den click on "Amend Data(Regularized candidate only)". Input ur jamb no. If it show "this candidate is not a regularized candidate OR may have amended data", den maybe jamb still has ur details,and ur numba may be valid. Bt if is shows "the registration number supplied does not exist", na gobe o. Jst my thoughts

Happi sunday dear people. How service goin? Hope its favorable. Pls I need d advice f u. Am a pcm of b15. I wrote jamb in '09 and still applied for remedials all in d same school. Towards d end of our rems,they said those that wrote jamb shld submit their jamb result slip,so that jamb can give dem admission. I submitted mine too. On our sch website.my name and jamb no was displayed,and indicated that admission was thru UME. The remedials result later came out,but I didn't go for the course I was given. I went for the initial course they said was from jamb. My admission status reads "no admission offered yet". I read ur earlier posts and sodiq said it no problem. Pls am I good 2 go?

Cc Folabimi, donxab, I also have a senior friend who was in contact with Sodiqyinka when he was active here. He showed me a mail Sodiq sent him,and it read :: "I got that. If you want your school to reflect on the portal which to me doesn't really matter, you have to perform an update. What NYSC requires on her database is the number, date of birth and state of Origin. You don't need to spend on getting your school on it. Not like its not there but its not reflecting. The admin has it. Except of course you are not in the school you filled on your JAMB form. Cheers

An admission officer sat me down today,and told me a whole lot about regularization and several misconceptions about it. He said that one sees "no admission yet" doesn't mean that his number is invalid. He said that regularization is for those who mainly came rems/DE without any JAMB number at all. The school then collaborates with JAMB to generate numbers. Those are the numbers that are regularized,in the sense that the person's details like names,date of birth,address,state of origin,etc are captured. I talked about my case. He said those who registered, wrote and passed jamb,checked their results using scratch card and reg no,and yet seeing "no admission offered yet" need not worry. That since they registered for jamb,jamb has their details,and those details are what NYSC requires,not necessarily the course of study,as that will be uploaded by the school's nysc office. So if u wrote jamb,try to buy a scratch card and recheck ur result. If u find it hard,then there's a problem. But if it works,then ur number is valid,and that is what nysc needs. That d jamb portal for regularization or validation is for only those reg numbers generated when the school collaborates with JAMB. That is when details are filled. PCM's,how una see am? Wetin b una take?

Wit dis online reg adopted by nysc,and issues with jamb reg numba,so many issues r usually encountered. I'm not a devil,but its a fact that not all b15 pcm will eventually b mobilized. My onli prayer is dat since there were only 2 batches in '15, A16 will b in feb or latest March,not too far away

*click on d exam yr and exam type UME/PCE.
*Click "Admission Status".


if d no is truly valid, u info should be displayed (ensure u select d exact yr u wrote JAMB).



If ur info didn't display.... First go to or sch SA....ask for d Jamb no DAT they will use for NYSC...use dat no to recheck ur admission status......if name same.... then go for JAMB REGULARIZATION... u'll b given a new jamb no.,...Validate it on jamb web...thumb print and den check ur admission status.,. under year 2010.



print d admission letter.


then go back to ur sch SA and replace d old jamb no wit d new one.....all did must b done BTW now and Sept 7th.

Dont b scared and dont wait til on-line registration fails as wel because dat wil b automatic nysc carri ova 4 anoda 12 months.Hope U choosed '09 as ur year of jamb,pls try it again.If it fails again then go to Abj wit ur document including skul admission letter.I believe ur skul does not hav back log of graduates in ur department because dat wil influence mobilization list quota of ur skul anyway.

In july of '10,I finished remedials but shortly b4 then we were asked to submit our jamb reg slips and result slips so that our admission will be granted,maybe by jamb.. Towards the end of july '10,uni A uploaded admission list to its website. On the site,I saw my name,jamb number and mode of entry as UME I was given course 2. Then towards august,remedial placement came out,then got course 1,which I applied for both in jamb and rems. We were then asked to do what was given by jamb (course 2) . Now I'm a graduate and waiting for nysc. I didn't secure admission letteR. It says "no admission offered yet" I went to admission office today. They said not to worry that d reg number is valid and that's what jamb requires. That if its unsuccessful during nysc online reg,I can report back. Should I b scared? Or go jamb office abj?
