The thing is I misplaced the SIM card with which I usually receive the OTP for 1xbet cash out so I decided to switch to my 2nd line and while I tried registering that one as well I couldn't receive the confirmation msg so I was requesting payout without the OTP and I was getting paid (tho now dey use my security question to verify it's me. That's much better than the OTP feature IMO). So my advise is, go to setting and de-register the mobile number you're currently using and try requesting the payout (it should ask you for the answer to ur security question) input that and the request will be completed. Lemme know how it goes.
