PeachtreeReside: True that. A balanced view and judgement would be to hear from the husband.
But for most men, when the wife is richer , problems are most likely to arise in the form she described.
Haven't you heard of men asking their wives to sign over their assets to them. The last part isn't in the majority of men. And i don't have enough evidence to support the claim where problems arise when a wife is richer than her husband. |

Munzy14: The audacity of the hypocrisy in this comment though...give him money for what?...smh.
But a man who earn way higher than the lady, provides for without questioning...
No wonder some men are avoiding marriage like a plaque....
The hypocrisy is on the high side abeg..Some ladies are dangerous...With rebellious mindset.
Man will provide for the family for years, but a day a woman does, serious kasala go burst.. There's nothing like equality between men and women! Women only want to preach that up and down |

socialmediaman: If a woman should agree to marry a man she earns more than, she should marry a man she’s willing to support to become bigger than he was. A woman is there to support a man, and it can come in different forms, like helping him with ideas, running the home, providing financial assistance to build a better future for both of them.
The man’s dreams and ambition must be bigger than hers or at least measure up, else it’s not advisable to marry him. She comes in to help him achieve those dreams and ambition for both of them, and then pass the baton on to their children, ideally.
By marrying a man who cannot measure up in the long run, she crushes him to become her subject rather than the leader he was made for. It often doesn’t work out with his ego and insecurities becoming the biggest problem in the relationship, unless the man agrees to be subdued or relegated. Yes oOo!! She was probably gaslighting issues up and dan |

InvertedHammer: / She can give him money for haircut, pedicure, manicure and shopping. Afterall she earns more. So why won't she give him? Aren't men and women supposed to be equal again? Or is it only when it is convenient for women? I stand with feminists.

Seun: For whatever he needs. Men who are rich give money to their wives all the time. If a man is rich and never helps his wife financially I don't think the marriage would work, but it's usually not an issue because men are expected to provide for their wives. I think she was the defacto breadwinner but as a woman society had not equipped her for the role so she failed at it. The same goes for the man. I bet he didn't know how to use seduction to extract cash. Yes o. They'll be preaching equality up and down until equality actually knocks at the door. Then, they're like... Errrrm |

PeachtreeReside: There is a distinct possibility that he married her so she could be his lottery ticket..
If she didn't encourage him to be more ambitious than he is, she won't be a good person or partner
I don't think it's fair to apportion more blame to her over the marriage breakdown. If you are refused a loan from the bank, you don't go blowing up the bank right?
He resorted to emotional abuse and stuff which is a buzz killer . According to her, i think the man should also have a say before one can judge. What a number of women refer to as emotional abuse is a response to gaslighting initiated by women in the first place.. |

I've always said there's nothing like equality between women and men. Even when she's earning higher, she still wanted the man to earn higher than her. What happened to men who married women who earned less then them and still stuck with their wives for years untold. If you don't respect him when he earns less and only respect him when he earns more, them there's a possibility that you only respect him for what he has and not who he is. The woman is not the only victim in this relationship though. The man also went through some shiii, let's hear from him.. |

ogascomax: Many a times I have try to change the misconception people have about this white wedding calling it Oyibo tradition. It is not white wedding it is called Church wedding. Christianity does not have culture, Christianity is for all. Concerning Church marriage the most important thing is carrying yourselves to the church and receiving the blessings of the Church. The reason why many people are confused about the church wedding thing is because of the spending part. No body force you to do party. Carry your wife to church so that they can bless both of you and go home. The pastor can be there at the trad marriage |

OnePlus 7pro is a great phone. You should check it out |
