Pretty much; maybe one should free them for now.

Applying from the US might take a bit longer than the time stated; you could try 'googling' the experience of people who have tried via that route to get an idea of actuals too.

Brake pads and shoes replaced with brand new parts less than a year ago.

The stabilizer linkages- if the noise bothers you.
Superficial rust in some parts underneath; I have the coating and will throw that in.

You might just have to bite the bullet here i.e open a Naija domiciliary account and source dollars from the black market; I know it's very dear to do that presently, but still you'll have better control of your situation.

Even if you get someone to help you pay for assessment now, remember, you'll still have to pay the visa fees in the nearest future; what if you can't get someone to help you pay the visa fees and it's almost Day 60 after receiving your ITA- one might start panicking; you don't want to be in that situation.

Envision the better future your 'investment' will provide, and maybe the bullet would be slightly easier to bite. Just maybe wink

When they deny visa, I think they tick the reason (among the list of reasons for denial) in the refusal letter they give. In my case, there is nothing like that o. Wetin I do?

I hereby tender a conspiracy theory that October/November na kalo-kalo month for CIC! As it seems, quite a handful of rejections in these months.

Bros, make well apply for your GCMS notes; we must get to the root of the matter!

I applied for mine already, says to "wait 31 days before requesting status update'', so wait I shall; let's see what the actual reasons are contained therein in the notes- as for the denial sheet, 'travel history' and 'purpose of visit' were ticked.

ICAN is not critical to get positive assessment for accountants; CPA states to get a positive assessment, the applicant needs ''to have successfully studied all mandatory competency areas that are relevant to your chosen ANZSCO code'', so the courses in your transcript matter more.

My original bank statements were returned though.

Got my pp back today exactly 3 weeks after submission.
Application denied; reasons checked include:
Travel history
Purpose of travel.

Been to Dubai, U.S and Germany and I submitted copies of the visas, entry & exit stamps but didn't remember to submit copies of the past Dubai visas and the U.S visa is still valid.

Does Canadian Embassy retain some documents?
Cos the purpose of visit letter I prepared and office introductory letter submitted as part of my application package weren't in the returned package.

Pretty sure you can run a business; good thing about it is, registration should be quite straight forward (at least, per the ones I have read about).
