oshobobo2020: I dropped documents on the 30th of August... In Lagos... I have not heard anything from them till date. and the system keem telling me that it's under processing at the visa application centre. its normal to experience delays. VFS is a visa application center they have to send your application to Lithuania embassy in Turkey then the embassy wait for decision from migration department in Lithuania before relaying back. So, give it time and relax |

Bolamike: I disagree with some things. Its 6 months bank statement anywhere now and bank reference of your sponsor is very important. They confirm bank statements now. Addition to some things up there, your letter of sponsorship needs to be notarized. i think it's only the Lithuanian embassy in Egypt that demands 6 month bank statements and reference letter due to the nefarious activities being carried out by applicants. Not until last year, they now double confirm statements before issuance of the visa. Lastly any letter you intend submitting must always be notarized since you're taking em to another country for processing. |

bankole43: Guys I checked appointments date on the Lithuania embassy website in Ankara and discovered that dates are fully booked till September.. my question is this , do we even have to book an appointment or we need to proceed directly to filling visa application form ? You must book an appointment before proceeding to the embassy, contact the embassy via email to ask for a date for your interview |

Dottune: Hey boss,
Happy Sunday! I wish to apply at Klaipeda University for my masters, however, I have C parallel in my NECO result. Due to the information I've been seeing concerning KU not accepting C parallel, I would like to confirm if it is just for Undergraduate studies or it also applies to Masters programme too? Thanks it doesn't applies to Masters program |

Olalekank: Thanks for the info boss. I appreciate I'm looking towards the 2020 session
I'm studying in English in a university here in Nigeria.
1. Please are there availability of scholarships that cover the tuition?
2. I'm sorry I am asking this again, but around how much is sufficient to arrange everything, from admission to paying of tuition to living there - all for one year? This is to enable me to know how much to go and look for..
The reason for learning Lithuanian is as a result of the no job factor except you know how to speak the language 1. There are very limited scholarships 2. It depends on your university and the program you're going for, about 3 million should be sufficient for all the process. Learning Lithuanian is to help you with day to day activities in the country. |

oladipop: Please house I need some urgent clarifications!!!
Is it compulsory that applicant gets certificate of recognition first from SKVC before applying to any school in Lithuania?
Secondly, to apply for Certificate of recognition from SKVC, is it compulsory to authenticate documents at ministry of education and ministry of foreign affairs or will only high Court certified true copies attestation do?
I will appreciate your contributions. yes you need the SKVC certificate for admission processing. And you don't need to authenticate your docs at the aforementioned... Just certify it at the court or a notary public that is a Lawyer..... I hope i have been able to address your questions. |

Olalekank: Hello guys! I've gone through the thread and I need to ask a few questions please.
1. Around what month does applications start and the deadlines?
2. How much does tuition cost?
I understand that there's no really need for English proficiency test. I'm in final year in school and have downloaded app to help learn Lithuanian 1. Admission is currently ongoing and the deadline is possibly june or july for most universities. 2. Tuiton fees cost from €1500 to €3000 or more depending on the desired course of study. Finally, you don't need English proficiency certificate if you studied previously in English or your lingua franca is English language. |

Gracely7th: I want to apply to klaipedia, They stated we should notarize documents at foreign affairs.
1.at what point do we need to notarize documents, is it before uploading documents online?
2. Is there a difference in the notarization of foreign affairs and that of ministry of Education? 1.You will notarize your documents in the court or with a Notary public officer; this document can be uploaded for admission purpose. 2.Authentication of documents at ministry of education and foreign affairs are slightly similar but both must be carried out for documents you intend to use or submit for education or job purpose outside Nigeria, be it visa interview or job interview. |

Is it allowed or the applicant must go to foreign affairs by his or her self. someone can help you on your behalf for the Authentication of documents at foreign affairs, however this does not apply with ministry of Education. |

Ggetter50: Hey guys!
Please, are there schools in Lithuania that will not required you to pay before coming? Or probably any cheap school that won’t be more than 2€k per year for undergraduate studies. Am making this enqury for one of my friends ..
Thanks
@gentleking90 @ judebox5 it is a requirement for you to make a tuition deposit inorder to secure the admission for the visa process. However there are some affordable schools like klapieda university, VDU, MRU, SMK. |
