The disqualification of Tinubu will lead into a National political quagmire.

Courts will never cancel the election and ask for a re-run because that will also throw the sovereingty of Nigeria into a jeopardy. Who will Preside over Nigeria when you dissolve the Govt?

The court will therefore maintain status quo and leave Tinubu in place than to risk an irreversible adversity over the entire country.

Judgement in the petition will end up in Tinubu's victory. Obi has self-destroyed his followership and movement by shifting focus away from election and going into US forfeiture and academic qualification of his opponent.
