Louiscars: Both are nice reliable vehicles, if you would be getting the 4 plugs rav4, it’ll be cheaper on gas compared to the highlander which would most likely be a v6, other wise the highlander is pretty much reliable, it also has a higher ground clearance compared to the rav4 too. If you would be getting the rav4,make sure you get the one with the 2AR-Fe engine preferable to the 2az okay, thank you. Do you suggest i go for Rav4? If yes, what model? |

Good afternoon, Compliments of the season.
I’m a real estate professional based in Lagos, and I often visit remote areas for property inspections. I’m currently considering getting either a 2010 Toyota RAV4 or a 2008 Toyota Highlander. My concern with the RAV4 is that I’ve read online about potential mileage issues, while for the Highlander, I’m a bit hesitant due to its larger size.
I would really appreciate your suggestions.
Thank you! |

Nairaland General › Re: How to Legitimately Relocate to Canada from Nigeria in 2024 by Julius209(m): 11:40am On Jul 21, 2023 |
Enddystar: HOW MUCH DO YOU NEED TO STUDY IN CANADA IN 2023?
One question I have been asked severally is how much I need to relocate to Canada on a study visa.
I also noticed that 2 categories of people ask this question often.
The first set comprises those who genuinely want to weigh their opinions.
They truly want to know if they can chest it or not.
The second category is those who are just playing.
I mean those "wey just dey play"
And even as you're reading this right now, you belong to one of the 2 categories above.
A lady came to my DM a few days ago with the same question.
When I asked her what his budget was, she replied "I have 500k".
Well, I couldn't help but just smile.
You may want to japa badly but if you cannot afford it, there's nothing you can do.
Many other Nigerians will also want to if they can afford it.
Why am I saying all this?
Just so you can prepare your mind for the task ahead.
Every step of the japa journey requires money. From applying for admission to getting your visa.
However, every money and time spent is truly worth it.
Let us take a look at the 5 compulsory things you'll do with money.
Also, an estimate of how much you need to get your student visa in Canada.
1. Admission application fee
Application fees for postgraduate programs (PGD, PGC, Masters programs) in Canada range between 50 - 150 CAD per program.
So if you're applying for more than 1 program, you will pay application fees for each course
There are also a few colleges and universities that offer free application fees.
2. Tuition fees:
Tuition fees for postgraduate programs in Canada range between 14,000 - 30,000+ CAD per year.
This depends on the type of program or course you want to study
3. Visa application fee:
The application fee for a study permit in Canada is 235 CAD.
4. Medical exam fees:
Every Canada visa application must come with a medical examination.
There are two ways you can do your medicals; upfront and on demand.
Upfront medicals are when you apply to do your medicals before the visa office (IRCC) asks you to do so.
Secondly, you can wait for them to schedule you for medicals before doing so. Either way is fine and acceptable.
There are two medical providers in Nigeria currently; the IOM and Qlife.
Note that you will need to book an appointment before proceeding with medicals.
Medical costs about CAD 170 for an adult which is around N60,000.
5. Biometric fee:
Costs 85 CAD per person or 170 CAD for a family if you're applying together
Two other items you need to budget for are proof of funds and flight ticket fees.
While you need to show proof of funds to apply for a visa, you may only buy a ticket when your visa has been granted.
In conclusion, you'll need between N4m - N5m to successfully relocate to Canada on a study visa.
The total amount you will need is dependent on so many factors;
Such as whether you're applying alone or with a family
The school, program of study, and province you intend to land.
And many other factors.
Just take your time to make your research, ask questions, and be ready to go through the steps.
I wish you success in your japa journey
Do you have any questions? Feel free to ask
Kindly share if you found this helpful Thank you so much for this.God bless you! Is it possible to relocate with my wife through study route? No kids yet. And how much will it cost and what's the assurance of getting a job as a student? Thank you! |

Op,I have the same issue too . It's because your penis is too sensitive probably due to excessive masturbation. I tried samsu oil and it worked though I didn't penetrate because my girl is a virgin and the fear of fornication but I noticed that I was able to sustain my erection. Please stop fornicating sin, whatever a person commits, is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. |
