Islam › Re: I Need Genuine Advice by juman(m): 10:36am On Nov 04, 2010
First, try and identify what led you into this situation. May be there was an occurence that make you sad or an occurence that make you think that you may not make it any more in life. Certainly prayer changes situation. Also our bad economic situation may frustrate one to think it's not possible to succeed again in life. But Prophet Ayub was in more difficult situation and latter became great.
Also don't have unreasonable aspiration. This may be put motivation down. Don't compare yourself too much with your friend, relative or neighbour, you people have different destiny. What you need are just things that make you live and able to worship our creator. We are created only to worship Allah. Other things are less important. But we need to work hard if it comes thank God if not thank God also.
It may be very difficult to get money to eat, to pay house rent and others, but know that prayer can change things. So pray alot. Attend islamic gathering and try to move with those that are religious. Discuss you situation with your Imam. Take things easy. SOFTLY SOFTLY. May God improve your situation. Ameen.

@tensor777

grin grin grin You make me laugh. Well as you explained that the money is not enough for 100 million people talkless of 160 million, so why can't we just be seperated. So that these small small countries will find their way out.

tensor777:
You appear to have another agenda here.
grin grin grin grin grin
Yes I have an agenda. I really want our leaders to change and deliver, but if not let us split. We must not continue like this.
Loook I am not in Nigeria, I am not in this mess, But my homeland is my homeland forever. I really want my country to be one of 20 most greatest countries in the world. Iam less concern about who rule us. We want action. We want the goverment to fight corruption. We want to be able to walk high as Nigerians.  The leaders of the countries that things are working well for them are not angels or spirit. They are human being like OBJ, Jonathan, Atiku, Tinubu and others. We don't need to be rich. We need to live normal average life as human being. So that is my agenda.

Politics › Re: What D Heck Happened To Nigerian Vast Oil Resources? by juman(m): 1:28pm On Nov 03, 2010
@rethink
We don't need to have oil before we can "exist"  and be a great nation. There are many tiny countries without a drop of oil, yet they have GDP greater than this country, Nigeria.
First of all let fight corruprtion and limit it to the lowest minimum. Then all will see how we are going to be flying higher among the nations.
But I think fighting corruption in this set of of nations in Nigeria is almost impossible. That is the best reason to split Nigeria into small small nations so that those nations that want to still continue their corruption habit they should continue. Really this is the best solution to Nigeria problems. BREAKING UP.
Politics › Re: What D Heck Happened To Nigerian Vast Oil Resources? by juman(m): 11:27am On Nov 03, 2010
The wealth of the country is been taken away by our leaders because the masses allow them. We need to be doing peaceful demonstration now and then, surely this will reduce the stealing. Well we are too many in Nigeria; 160 million people!!!
It seems nobody cares about the development of the country. The loyalty to the country is very low. Hence we need to break to small small countries. Certainly that will work well.
It seems that our civil right groups are dead.

Politics › Re: Six (6) Iranians Arrested In Gbagada Lagos, Over Seized Ammunition - Latest News by juman(m): 8:48pm On Oct 31, 2010
Earlier this week, IDF Chief of General Staff, Lt.-Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi, said that the navy’s elite commando unit Flotilla 13 – known as the Shayetet – had recently conducted an operation “far away from Israel.”
He said that if Iran were using Nigeria as a port, it would also entail a major logistical operation to facilitate the transfer of the weapons by land from Nigeria, Chad, and Sudan and then via Egypt.
In January 2009, Israel reportedly bombed a convoy of trucks that was carrying advanced weaponry destined for Gaza, as it was travelling through the Sudanese desert.
Hence it make no sense for Iran to bring weapons meant for Gaza first to far away Nigeria. Taking it from Nigeria to Gaza will require a lot of logistics.

Mr president I see you as a person that is not competent to lead this nation. There is great probability that this nation will break up during your time as the president, because by God you are not complex enough to lead this very complex nation.
I hope the war will not reach yoruba land when it starts. I think God brought you to deliver the masses from few thousands of people that hijacked this nation from us (the people) by breaking it down. Really I will be very happy if we yorubas have our own nation. Nothing is working in Nigeria and nothing will work.
Yes to ODUA NATION. Sooner than later.

why not convoke a national conference to discuss how to exist together?

MEND, kidnapping, Boko Haram et al can be solved by divulging power from the center to the regions and states.
State police is a good idea. But the best solution to our numerous problems is goverment should fight corruption and reduce poverty.

Politics › Re: Is Goodluck Jonathan Bribing PDP Delegates With FG Funds? by juman(m): 9:37am On Oct 29, 2010
Massive corruption using state funds reported in Nigerian presidential race
The corruption of the Nigerian political process is now in full swing: major payments are now being made to each of the delegates of the political parties, particularly the overwhelmingly large ruling People's Democratic Party (PDP), who decide the primary elections which then select the party candidate for the presidential elections in 2011. Moreover, the incumbent President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, is bribing PDP delegates out of Federal Government funds, making most of the party delegates wealthy enough to buy a new home with the bribery funds.
This is a very big lie. There cannot be any bribing now, there is no party election. These people (USA) they dont know how things work in Nigeria.

Why is it  that any story that is negative about Gej always makes the front page in NL while the positive ones never make it?When you post a topic that ''Gej killed his father'',next day you'll see it in the front page but when the topic reads ''Gej donates cash to the motherless baby home'',it won't make the front page.This is definetly not going to help us.
