It happened in Bauchi. Guy has stomach pain, meets mr Fake. Mr Fake schedules surgery.

During surgery, Mr Fake found that our guy had a horseshoe kidney. THAT IS A NORMAL ANATOMIC VARIANT...it means that the guy has two kidneys, both lower poles joined together...

But I know that there are thousands of fake doctor everywhere.

A classmate of mine, we graduated in mech engineering, this classmate told me that after NYSC and there was no job, he started working as nurse in a small clinic started by his friend "a fake doctor". The friend started his clinic after he worked for few years as assistance nurse.

Long time ago.

Even in some developed countries, in some small towns they sometimes employ fake doctors or nurse.

Money does not appear in your pocket just because you wake up in London, Paris or New York. One has to work very hard to get money. Even harder than your home country because there is no way to steal money like third world countries.

There is lot and lots of money in abroad.
If you are doing reasonably well by been hard working guy you can go to bank and borrow fifty or even hundred million naira worth of money without collateral.

It might be just any job, cleaner, waiter etc.

You should know that moving from your village to lagos does not make you rich automatically.

The same lagos was where little educated doyin agbamu, eleganza okaya and some others became billionaire.

Many hard working people turned to millionaires also.

While loads of other people are just managing to exist.
