The VW LT is as clean as the Hilux, but also has two rear tyres on each side.

A keg of palmy is nice and ensures that Spyder880's glass doesn't run dry. I think Spyder880 has done well ![]() |
Still loving it |
Barbus, you've done well within the time period. Meet you soon on your next thread! |
Oga Spyder! What an elegant piece of drawing with a lot of creative features unlike the typical rooms right and left pattern plus a hall-way. Is it possible that heat will radiate from the kitchen into the nearest bedroom with just one main window? Perhaps the door on the opposite side will facilate cross ventilation. In relative terms, it's still a nice low cost project for people that can afford it. Keep up the good works! |

This is a fantastic DELL model with a superb performance. Happy sales! |
Nice ride you've got there, happy sale. |
Pictures speak volumes and worth more than a thousand words. Like Oga Fhemmmy rightly said, the fun has just began and it pays to stay glued to the master's thread. Oga Spyder880, I dey hail oo! Keep them coming, truly learning a great deal. |
Never shipped from Poland but there could be truck drivers to get the cars into Germany. You can ship your cars from Hamburg but try to get the age right if they're coming into Lagos. I have reliable hands in Hamburg and you can have their contact info if you will. Once in Warsaw on meeting, I found the large Naija community pretty helpful. You might get some useful tips if you get in touch with Naija guys in Warsaw. Looking at the cost of transporting the cars, it might be cheaper to buy them in Germany afterall. |
I have two very clean pick up trucks heading to port next week: - 1.8 L toyota hilux - 1990 - petrol - manual trans. - 2.6 L Mazda B2600 4x4 - 1991 - petrol - manual trans. Each of them comes with a complete set of offroad (winter) tyres plus a single spare. Contact me if you'll like to see the pictures although I'll post them here when the trucks are in Lagos. email: sozoemena@hotmail.com |
I salute all for your great inspiration. Your various contributions won me over from the auto section. Please keep up your good works and let's all enjoy sharing our views on this forum as in the master's other thread. Spyder, may God enlarge your coast and grant you more wisdom. Carry go jare! |
Spyder880 More vaseline to your elbow for the brilliant outreach via this thread. Abeg if your plot is still up for sale, could you drop your phone number or email me at sozoemena@hotmail.com |
Great song, iconic! Together we shall revive Nigeria, so let's spread the good news. I will email you the mp3 file (3.7MB). Just drop your email here. BB |
You seem to be more experienced, and yes there's a need for soil testing. As a newbie, my impression was that a german floor would good enough. I might be wrong and would have to seek professional advice especially at certain critical stages of the work. All the best with your project, and may God continue to bless you. |
@larimo, Thanks so much bro for your input. We had a couple of other builders who led us (kid brother) round to view previous and ongoing projects. While one of them insisted on getting daily pay, it was surprising that the third person had difficulty interpreting what was supposed to be a simple drawing. This was my kid brother's impression. Soil type is sandy and very flat. What do you advise on the foundation? The very guy who agrees to do it at 600k has a background in architecture, and promised to bring his regular team of workers. I forgot to mention that all rooms are ensuite. There would be a guest toilet and dining, but not sure whether these would have much implications on the actual cost. I salute you. |
