After stumbling across that Ugandans's plea for help I hope we can branch out into East Africa to insist them as soon as possible.
obaaderemi: How can you compare the Ghanaian military which has an illustrious background to a ragtag army like Kenya's? Have you forgotten that Ghana was the headquarters of the West African frontiers force?
I'm even surprised I did
I had no idea thaT Ghana was West Africa Frontier Force HQ
NTSA: What do you understand by the term unarmored? Btw i heard that Ghana is to establish a Police airwing this year It's nice seeing you are trying to catch-up with other police services in the continent...
You can check up what it means to be armoured and also check what MRAP means.
The Ghana police service already operate a fleet of 10 or so helicopters for the special purpose of Ghana gas and GNPC
mtisTheQubit: Naah bro..we were comparing with that other WA militia called naija army... You guys are ok, just keep up with Chinese mning stuff...But a question..what actually does Ghana army do ?...
Ghana military is busy defending West African territories..
What has the Kenyan military done apart from running around Kenya with sticks?
Mkenya2019: The usual nonsense from the mad cow. Your army everyone know is a big joke. Just be luckly - Burkina Faso is getting helped by French - and hidding your cowardly country - from the threatre.
Typical Kenyan lunacy when they lose
Your country will be overrun if not for the US military on your soil
The Army Recognition website said that Ghana's armed forces are currently equipped with three EE-9 Cascavels, 24 Ratel-90s with 90mm cannon, 15 Ratel-20s with 20mm cannon, four Piranhas with 25mm cannon, five Type-05Ps with 25mm cannon, and 46 first-version Piranha 8x8 armored vehicles.
that is as old as 1980, good you know that your current militia you call a military can only match Ghana's 1980 military..
Mkenya2019: Nigeria runs a militia. Ghana doesnt have an army worth be called that name - can't even beat Chinese with shovels.
Like Ivory Coast and rest of west Africa - you depend on the French to stop Islamist up in Burkina faso/Mali.
The day French leave West Africa - you Ghanian will be drown into Altantic ocean by Islamic jihadist and even fulani herdsmen.
Nigeria should just ask the British to re-colonize them - like West Africa did with French.
Kenya doesn't even have a military worthy enough to be compared to it's fellow militias in East Africa busy running around streets with sticks and hunting guns, let alone a war experience military like Ghana has.
Ivory Coast will disgrace the militia you called an army in Kenya.
The day the 7000 US military personnel leave Kenya, the Somalian jihadist will take over the our country and make you guys slaves.

The same kenya that does not have a single IFV, MRAP, or APC?
That's quite modern
Entire East Africa is a war zone while Kenya is highly dependent of 7000 USA military fordefence
Mkenya2019: There are stupid ranking - using things like population - anyone ranking DRC, Nigeria and Ethiopia highly based on their country size or population or size of their militia is a BIG JOKER.
In terms of modern forces in Africa I would go with Egypt, South Africa, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Kenya.
Now Ethiopia militia that is getting beaten by Khaki wearing rebels walking on foot. Or the joke that is DRC army. Or the sick joke that is Nigeria army.
Entire west africa - needs 5,000 French army to able to survive.
I would even rank broke Zim Army way ahead of them.
