Which war? Chinese are minning and poisining your river. You Ghana are probably the most cowardly after Mali and Ivory coast.

Nigeria were crying for British and American soldiers to help them deal with HOME GROWN terrorist.

Without the French army - the entire west african would be overrun by Northern Islamist.

Ask US army what they saw in Somalia in Black Hawk Down in 1990s - they have never dare entered Somalia - Somalia forces fought them non stop for 24hours brought their choppers down and dragged their bodies across mogadishu- but likes of Kenya are in Somalia.Somalia is closes to afgan as you can get.
You mean paying Chinese slaves peanuts to work on Ghanaian mines?

Ivory Coast soldiers are well trained and armed, more professional than your country ruftag military running around with sticks.

Thanks to ECOMOG West African has kept strong and beaten jihadist were ever they arise in our region.... The French have been sacked out of our region..

Without US intervention, your country Kenya will be the strong hold of somali ruftags, making you all servitudes

Boko Haram is crap. Very crap compared to Alshabaab with direct links to Yemeni/Afgan/Saudis. In fact Horn of Africa is not your little west africa full of cowards.

My friend who lived in Mali and Ivory coast - told me your west africa army are so cowarldy - whenever the northern muslim attack - they run towards the coast - and French have to come in.

Horn of Africa is crazy place.

Kenya alone has 740,000 illegal guns in the northern. Ethiopia has probably 10 Million illegal guns. Somalia has probably 2 million plus illegal guns. Name any of horn of africa country - just north of Nairobi - is teeming with illegal guns.
Typical Kenyan nonsense especially from rvp

Your soldiers were busy hiding in bushes while your country was under attack..

Deal with that level of cowardice...

West African soldiers have dealt with more wars than your country will ever gain experience

If it did, it would long have defeated Boko haram, Cattle rustlers, Islamis jihadist and kidnappers. It very clear from even reading this forum or watching nollywood that a Nigeria army is bully who beat up people in bars. You hear of promotions favouring Northern troops.

They can never match Kenya Defence force - Arguably the MOST PROFFFESIONAL ARMY in AFRICA.
you think Boko Haram is a ruftag Alshabab nonsense?

You mean the same Kenyan defense force that is busy molesting Kenyans and abusing them daily in the streets of Kenya?

In any country where you find the military on the street daily, you should know that that country is disfuntional...

Kenya well trained armed force are winning war against Alshabaab in middle of Somalia by deploying world class counter-insurgency - something NIgeria milita can learn from.

Nigeria or Ethiopia will just rush headlong with tanks and shoot their way - only to find like NATO they are DOING NOTHING - except wasting money and time.

https://www.chathamhouse.org/sites/default/files/images/ia/INTA94_2_06_Moe.pdf

As early as 2009 the Kenyan Defence Forces (KDF) started training Somali militias
from the Kenyan–Somali Juba border regions, as a means of curbing incursions by
Al-Shabaab into Kenya. The incentives of weakening Al-Shabaab’s presence in the
border regions, and in the Somali regional capital Kismayo, became coupled with
the long-term aim of establishing borderland authorities with good relations to
Kenya once Al-Shabaab had been cleared from the area.67

Despite initial apprehension on the part of other key allies opposed to Al-Shabaab—the Somali government, Ethiopia, the United States and other western powers—the approach of
empowering local militias to fight Al-Shabaab in the Juba regions gradually gained
support, as it both promised an ‘optimal counterterrorism outcome’,68 namely
the ‘liberation’ of Kismayo, and was ‘a good fit with the US government’s “Dual
Track” policy’.69 This policy, formulated in 2010, advanced a flexible counterinsurgency approach
which catered for the increasing international interest—in
the context of the war against Al-Shabaab—in more extensively engaging with
the local governance arrangements that had proliferated throughout Somalia in
the absence of conventional state institutions, including a functioning military.
‘Track one’ maintained the support for statebuilding and for the official ‘big
players’, including AMISOM, the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) and
its predecessor the Transitional Federal Government. ‘Track two’, serving as
the pragmatic policy component, promoted engagements that would be ‘more
flexible and adaptive to local needs’, specifically by cooperating with non-state
actors and institutions. These included clans, elders and militia groups, ‘as well
as local and regional administrative units, throughout south central Somalia, who
are opposed to Al Shabaab’.70
Aligning with ‘track two’, Kenya strengthened its cooperation on the ground
with local forces in Juba, selecting the strongman and former Al-Shabaab member
Ahmed Mohamed Islam (known as Madobe), and his Ogaden clan militia the
Muaskar Ras Kamboni, as the key local ally. In extending Kenyan engagement
This is funny

And you think the Nigerian military does not have well trained units ?

Even the Ethiopian military will trash your country military in any war, so shut up and learn.

Look at this fool. A proffesional, modern army, knows how to win local support. Go study KDF and what they are doing in Alshabaab in Somalia. Kenya troops are now "loved" by the locals...unlike the Ethiopia who went there in a flash, terrorized locals and name it.

Part of having a well trained army is to equip them with COUNTER-INSURGENCY TRAINING.

This is what Kenya armed forces are very good. First phase is to attack them heavily. Second phase is to win local support.
as usual

Typical Kenyan nonsense, when they can't argue with facts, they result to insults out of frustrations.

What does Kenya arm force attack with, motivation?

So the US and Russia don't know how to win local support er?

Only 300,000 people visited Kenya is the first 6 months of this year.

Kenya's international tourist arrivals reached 305,635 in the first six months to June 30, the country's Tourism Research Institute (TRI) said in its latest statistics released on Thursday.

According to the government-owned TRI, out of the 305,635 arrivals, 94,241 came to visit family and friends, 92,828 for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) purposes and 87,629 for holiday.

NATO just got whopped despite spending trillion of dollars in Afgan.
Veitnam did the same to the US.

Rwandese troops just went to CAR and fixed it.
Rwandese troops just are in Moz and have kicked Islamist in a few weeks.

Weapons dont fight. Human fights.

The biggest asset in any army is the TROOPS.

Look at Ethiopia - Little Eritrea made them landlocked.

Now see their 1 million troops with 1,0000 tanks being taken to cleaners by few Tigray rebels.

I predicted the Ethiopia Militia would be taken to cleaners long time ago - maybe 4yrs ago!

The same way Nigeria Militia cannot be called Armed Force by anybody serious.

Look at Saudi Arabia being beaten blue by Yemenis...yet they have gazillion of weapons.
you know nothing about war... Keep quiet

To win any war, you need local support..

Russia lost in Afghanistan because their people hated the idea of foreign fighters on their land and it is the same reason why the US had no option but to accept a defeat..

This is the same reason why US lost to North Vietnam

You can never win a war against the will of the people

Wrong.
A power struggle, an election and a push for political reform are among several factors that led to the crisis. - Eritrea joined in just in favour of tigray which is also part of Eritrea ethnicity. And yes, Ethiopia will fall if their government will not stand firm.

"""""The conflict started on 4 November, when Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed ordered a military offensive against regional forces in Tigray.

He said he did so in response to an attack on a military base housing government troops there.

The escalation came after months of feuding between Mr Abiy's government and leaders of Tigray's dominant political party.

For almost three decades, the party was at the centre of power, before it was sidelined by Mr Abiy, who took office in 2018 after anti-government protests
"""""".

Mr Abiy pursued reforms, but when Tigray resisted, the political crisis erupted into war.

Ethiopia will fall? yes. You're absolutely spot on. The anarchism will bury Ethiopia for good. If the Ethiopian government doesn't stand its ground, it will be torn down to war graves.

Ethiopia's fall will affect Kenya? Yes. Kenya will be positively affected by the ethio war. We'll gain a more competitive advantage especially from regional airlines - one of them being bole - the biggest KQ challenger. If ethio is Affected, Some key economic fields in Kenya will gain momentum, hence, economic boom!
Ethiopia is not going to fall..
This problem started just after the Eritrean peace deal and it's being fuel by the US to get some kind of concession from Ethiopia.

All this prayer that you are praying for Ethiopia to fall will not happen in your life time

I can't dispute this. You're correct. And yes, retail sales are part of SMEs, they are important for a country's economy.

A country with a big retail space will make more sales if there is high demand for the products notwithstanding - and that makes a country with huge retail space more advantageous too.
Now you know why Kenya retail sales so tiny grin grin

See another bonobo. Retail sales can also be driven by the grandness of retail space... Retail sales has more to do with a biz strategy that will increase retail sales: talk of increasing the number of customers, increasing average transaction size, increasing the frequency of transactions per customer, and raising your prices. By doing that, you'll have a high revenue which will trigger retail sales boom. Retail sales means nothing to developed countries like SA. Only countries which triumph in the big population will manage.
nope it can't grin grin

America has grand retail spaces but because of a slowdown in spending because of less disposable income, most retail spaces are closing down.

You can have the best retail strategy but if people don't have money to spend, your retail sales will be as less as Kenya's retail sales.

Retail sales means everything to countries because it drives economic growth. grin

Zombie. Retail space to some extend drives the success of retail sales. Retail sales are the reason for retail space surge. Both co-exist differently but with the same purpose.

SA for instance is one of the richest countries with a robust economy not only in Africa but also in the world. SA never appeared in that bogus WA list. Same goes for kenya with her robust economy.

Doofus.

You are as dumb as always ... Zombie

What drives the success of retail sales is disposable income...
People have been retailing since the days of barter trade.

The South Africans already know their retail sales figure and that is why they are not arguing it...

The reason why they are not on the list is simply because
