The laws in Nairobi will not allow you to put any bulding anywhere you want, Nairobi is guided by zoning law.

Nature is also part of Nairobi development, you can not just consume plantation in the name of setting up a bulding. That's why their are recommended area for office constructions and other tall buildings.

It's the same way you can't find any tall bulding in some areas like karen, runda, kitisuru, Muthaiga, kileleshwa, lavington... e. t. c.

Nairobi is basically under tough jurisdiction bound.

You cant have a tiny place and claim infrastructure development as massive.

That is why only 25% of kenya is urbanised while more than 70% are villagers.

You can basically capture the entire Nairobi in one pic and once you add Runda and the slums, you get the entire county of Nairobi
