When Accra was busy developing, your entire country was busy growing flowers while it got hungry.

Day and night, nairobi looks terrible than Accra.

There are factors which cause an underdeveloped place to be expensive

Less manufacturing industries
Transportation costs
Energy costs
Imported labour(expertise)
Etc

No one said a city is more expensive because of it development
