sure the place is still developing vankelvin: You are right..
But Wa for instance, they have some beautiful Estates and some fine communities there. You won't even feel like you are in the North.
There was this huge hotel opposite one St. Benedict Catholic Church and it was like 80% complete, the UDS Campus, their Airport ETC, but I'm not getting pictures of these areas. |

in those 2 regions, private developers stay away so most housing schemes are carried out by the State through SHC and few GREDA members vankelvin: There are real Estate developers in those regions but its difficult getting recent pictures from that part of the country..
I have been to WA before(in September 2019) and I saw some beautiful estates, I have tried getting pictures of those areas on the internet but its more like an impossible adventure.
An on-going private Estate development in Bolgatanga below |

this is not a ranking on performance it is a grading on how transparent they are in disclosing their funding sources. No think Tank performs better than IMANI vankelvin: I think per this ranking IMANI was the 4th best tink tank in Ghana and 22nd best in Africa,, other 3 tink tanks in Ghana performed better than IMANI. Moreover, IMANI was at the Red zone which is not good for them. |

You can refer to the sources i provided to you dont mistake Opaque funding source to Reliability. Think Tanks and Civil Societies ranking 2018 Justnotyou: Reliability = trust. The highly opaque organizations mostly cater for a few elites, they might also be deceptive, while the more transparent with a more free market orientation get to be more flexible hence reliable.

popizaino:

Dr bawumia you must think I'm some illegal immigrant or some refugee in your country for you to come up with the bolded.fyi,I am as legal as nana akuffo ado.
Let's see some of those private estates in other regions like upper west, upper east, being Jack Bolded dont even know what you are talking about Anyway to be a legal resident in Ghana, you must hold your non resident Ghana card. As you could see, i didn't list Upper West and East. Those are the deprived regions of Ghana |

Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with their reliability but everything to do with their funding sources and how transparently they disclose them. The Opaque Think Tanks are some of the best in Africa Justnotyou: From the link
The whole basis for the ranking is solely dependent on transparency, 5 star organizations are therefore more reliable in comparison to the highly opaque & deceptive organizations. EOD |

you are free to cause whatever you talk about will still not make you leave Ghana. Of course some Ghanaians would not be able to afford those amount at a go especially when mortgages are limited. Affording a house is a long term savings thing. It is like that all around the world If you dont save for a house, you wont be able to afford one. There are private developers in the Ashanti Region, Western Region, Eastern Region, volta and Brong doing great works as well. These things are not happening in just Accra popizaino:
Don't let me go further before I reveal some shit.
Dr bawumia we understand that many Ghanaians can't afford this amount but this a topic for another day and again accra is not the only region or city in Ghana ,encourage your private developer to come to other regions to invest in real estate were they have large chunk of people still living in substandard houses without toilets . |

Think Tanks love to keep their source of funding opaque enough so as to avoid being smeared by the political establishment as being biased For instance, the opaque IMANI is Ghana best think tank and the 3rd best Think Tank in sub Saharan Africa Justnotyou: I don't see how what you know or don't concerns me or what I wrote. |

Meanwhile what is happening to airtel Tigo it's been slow lately .it could it bn my location |

Abohboy: Other way round, America trains Ghanaian and Nigerian troops. Ghana doesn’t train American or Nigerian troops. Infact the Ghanaian head of army studied in Nigeria, for his military knowledge search it yourself. this one too you want to argue it? Ghana train American troops and have been training Nigerian troops for series of generations now. |

The private sector is already providing affordable house so the govt will have to stay far away from that area. What government in focusing on is social housing which will for socially marginalised people like kayayies. our housing deficit is estimated at 2 million though i consider it too large than it really is. popizaino: Ghanaian governments barely provide affordable houses for the mases that is why there is still housing deficit for about 10m of the entire 30m population.
Those estates are private estates. |

Justnotyou: What? Ghana has one at second best but your overall performance is quite pathetic, with evidently 3 low ranking, highly opaque, almost deceptive think tank institutions.
The whole point of this ranking is to get them to be more transparent hence reliable I dont know if you know what highly opaque means |
