I said, 4 hours in traffic is an exaggeration,Ive driven on that route before one several occasion during peak traffic hours even in festive seasons when there is a lot of abnormal traffic on that route.
Ive also used trotro to Amasaman to visit a friend there severally.

They reality is, Aayalolo wont be getting dedicated lanes
What the city authorities have approved for them to use is a reverse traffic flow.

As to why they are not working like that yet is what i dont know.

Because Aayalolo does not have dedicated lanes

Their solution is, in the morning, traffic is only on one side of the road going to anywhere in ACCRA
so they will run on the empty side of the outboard road. In the evenings, traffic is on outboard side of the road from Accra so they will use the inboard side of the road to Accra to avoid traffic.

Maybe the South African ones listed are the best hospitals in SA

Well, I can't see UCH & FMC Abuja there which I think in my personal opinion are the best but I can see some very government and private hospitals. Perhaps, they used some criteria

this is probably listing private hospitals because all the hospitals on that list from Ghana are private and they are not even the best in Ghana.

I dont know if it is the same for Nigeria.
