All gold miners are known by the Minerals commission that is where they get license to mine from without getting into trouble with the police.

All gold buyers are know, They get their buying license from PMMC who does all the assaying where revenues are collected andexport licenses are issued by the bank of Ghana before gold is exported.

Excports are only done by companies registered who are bined by law to repatriate all exports back to Ghana.
