NairobiWalker: Don't worry, you'll be redenominating it soon. dont worry when we do, it will still be valuable than the kshs because of the sheer amount of economic activity backing it unlike the phoney rebasing kenya did with no economic activity to back it but an attempt to look not soo poor |

Mkenya2019: We already did that. We have completely free public primary schools (8M kids). Completely free day secondary schools (5M kids) & highly subsidized boarding secondary schools. Highly subsidized TIVET admitting 200K students. We have highly subsidized university education with 500K enrollment. Our teachers are better paid...only 2nd to the likes South Africa in SSA. Our lectures and proffesors well paid. we have completely free primary schools too with 400,000 plus kids transitioning every year we have highly subsidized unis too with qualified lecturers too who are paid between 4000 dollars to 5000 dollars |

Mkenya2019: You defaulted in 2015/2016 and called for IMF help. We are so far from defaulting or from China taking our port.......please again stop talking about DEBT & macro-economics. Focus on your nascent 10yr old NHIS or DOUBLE TRACK - where kids rotate to school. we did not default in 2015 we had an energy crisis such that growth slowed down we called the IMF because the previous government couldnt take the unslut from the opposition |

Mkenya2019: 1) How many schools do you have? Fo example Kenya has about 25,000 primary schools and 10,000 secondary schools - These are just public schools. 2) We have free primary and free secondary education - day schools are completely free - boarding school receives capitation of 100 dollars a term per kid- they only pay for boarding facilities. 3) We have 100% primary to secondary transition. 3) We have highly subsidized university education - gov qualified student whether he is on private or public anything upto 600-1000 dollars per year - they also get 500-600 Higher Education Loans.
In short, there is nothing you can tell us about EDUCATION or HEALTH.
You have 0.4M kids you need to double track in HIGH SCHOOL - IMF has messed your country for many years. There are 16,871 plus Junior High schools 19,200 primary schools 700 senior high schools |

rvp2018: Bretton wood doesn't have a team of folks collecting data. I have worked with them. They take whatever you tell them as gov of Ghana. If you say you're doing well - they will report that. All IMF & WB ever do is to aggregate data into global reports - get data for Ghana, Kenya and then produce global reports - so never really attribute any data to IMF or WB.
Of course like you've come to discover in those 16 times you've gone bankrupt - data means nothing on the ground - that is why only stupid nations like Ghana lie about their numbers - or allows politicians to lie about ROSY FIGURES.
You're just back to you communist bad manners - your communist friends like USSR/Tanzania/China - use to LIE A LOT IN 60s and 70s on how great communism was leading to AMAZING PRODUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT.
They all fell down about 10-20yrs later.....others like China, North Korea & etc....went into great famines that killed lots of people. how will Ghana go bankrupt when she is not recycling here debt because she cant afford to pay? why is China taking your port away? |

rvp2018: Once you get into hyperinflation once - it very difficult to fully recover - Argentina, Zimbabwe, Ghana - will find it hard to recover from that crisis of confidence. Ghanaians just don't trust their CEDIS. They can as well use dollars and forget about internal currency for some time..until the present generations forget about what Cedis did to them previously. we trust our cedis and that is why we trade with it those who dont trust their currency are busy charging dollars for stuffs as low as tissue in Kenya |

rvp2018: IMF Terrorists have really done you in. So much you come here and claim they are in Ghana to offer advisory/technical assistance. Egypt went through a civil war - and their country grinded to a halt. I am sure they hate every minute of being under IMF and so does Greece. Thankfully for Egypt - they have their Arabs brothers bailing them out and US too. Now Ghana you're under the mercy of IMF Terror Squad. Egypt did not go through a civil war Egypt had a regime change not the same thing. Ghana use IMF as a political gamble every election year to make opposition powerless in it criticism |

Honestly considering how you hurl the most tasteless of insults I should have known better. Your next assignment is to make your base insults a little cerebral. You'll get a lot more respect here. that was in 1960 consumption The Volta Aluminum Company (VALCO) is expected to benefit from an additional 75MW of hydro power at a competitive price of $0.035/kwh in the first quarter of 2018. This will expectedly enable the aluminum smelting company to expand production from the current one pot-line to two pot-lines. VALCO consumes 150 MW |

rvp2018: I am now beginning to understand your excitement on all the basic free social things. You see unlike most Africans who only remember IMF terror during SAP in 80s/90s (Structural Adjustment Prog) - you've been under 16 SAPS; Just imagine that. IMF has come 16 times and as always proposed austeristy measures that mean cutting back on budget spending on education, health, social welfare etc. Do you even have a functional social welfare? In kenya every 65 yr old get paid a monthly stipend, every disabled, every orphan, every hunger striken....and we do NOT HAVE IMF TELL US AUSTERITY SAP
Please enroll yourself in your laughable DOUBLE TRACK where kids go for schools for 3 months and another batch come in....why not build enough schools.
Opps I forget IMF IS IN TOWN. we have more than enough schools but unlike you, we have allowed 400,000 Ghanaian kids whom wouldnt have been in high school either for financial reasons or whatever to go on government bill. You should do that for your poor people and see if the industrial output of Kenya wont increase |

Hahahaha my ribs
You said Ghanaians live in single houses now they are sharing meters
Anyway continue lying we are listening
Ghanaians live in mansions yet they use double phase meters wonders shall never end why shouldnt they when they have more than 4 houses on their property ? it doesnt make economic sense to buy meters for each house when one double phase meter will do. |

rvp2018: That is good enough reason. That is better than denying the obvious like your fellow countryman Vax. What is double phase meters. In Kenya you can split a meter for multiple dwelling if they are I think some 70 feet max - but each house in say an apartment will get their own meter. Some landlords in low middle class - single rooms - can decide to have one meter - and charge rent inclusive a constant service charge...maybe that is 'double phase'?
We heard Ghana doesn't like such multiple dwelling - they prefer to live in single bungalows - but now they have double phase meters? in Ghana, apartments have their own meters most families like to share their double phase meters with the houses on their compound. |

We heard Ghana doesn't like such multiple dwelling - they prefer to live in single bungalows - but now they have double phase meters? basically with double phase meters you have real stability in your power supply such that you can make more connections such that when any of the phase goes down the other phase takes over. |

rvp2018: Ghana (according to official estimate) had 6.6M household in 2014 - so now I imagine the number has risen maybe to 8M - so your REAL TRUE electricity access is worse than I thought.
Page 5. http://www.statsghana.gov.gh/gssmain/fileUpload/Living%20conditions/GLSS6_Main%20Report.pdf dont worry we will do a census next year and a living standard survey as well you'll get to know the number of households by then we will have 100% coverage as we are striving to consume the electricity we are already paying for |

rvp2018: Take a break and maybe your remaining two functional brains cells won't overheat.
South Africa's Eskom consumes 30,000MW of power. But here I am comparing number of customers. Eskom has about 17M customers on their grid. All the Ghanians electricity companies have about 4M. For you to reach South Africa level...you need to double your number to 8M....that will mean you have covered all 6.5M Ghanians in their homes..not just 3.7M...and also you have covered another 1.5M office, business and kiosks.
You're about half-way - at 55% - when you get universal access - come and we shall celebrate.
Kenya is ahead of you because - we are already at 8M customers - and we are adding nearly 1.5M annually - the WORLD FATESTES ELECTRIFICATION for some years now. Ghana is only left to connect 3 million people to have universal access that is 440,000 households at minimum. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by Just30: 12:21pm On Nov 18, 2019 |
rvp2018: Of course we can and do count household. We don't have to go physical to every Ghana household like we do in Census. We just divide your total population(28.5M) with average household size (4.5) - and voila we get 6.5M.
Don't support your lying gov - that you have 85% electricity access like South Africa - YOU DONT.
Your really access at best is 50-60%. hahaha now i shouldnt trust my government even when i know that it is impossible to cook data in Ghana. you are as dumb as most kenyans google ecg meter and you will see the kinds of meters |
