NTSA: Maybe the case is different in West Africa but Most wealthy individuals will generally prefer the places that will give them visual and acoustic privacy away from the city noise and pollution...they will prefer more natural and greener spaces for nature trails, horse riding outdoor swimming pools etc.
you can have visual and acoustic privacy and without noise by living in the city, absolutely no pollution.
You can have outdoor swimming pools, great school, proper hospitals, good roads, shopping centers, restaurant and bars all at a walking distance from you.
NTSA: ...Less density means less traffic .public transport and even taxis aren't even allowed here....Why build a dual lane in a residential area where neighbors rarely see each other and live like 1km apart ..
okay so you're admitting they don't have cars and hence don't deserve good road.
Here, even low density areas still have good car traffic because owning a car is a necessity and not a luxury.
NTSA: This is what a proper leafy suburb should look like ...I mean you can't even see the houses from the driveway way ..very few cars on the road due to the low density per square kilometer.
or people just don't have cars
Is that not why the road looks like a single lane one ?
Mkenya2019: For west africa bonobos like Just30 kiddo. This exclusive Muthaiga - you cannot see any house - because why would you - you can never afford it in two lifetimes. The Watchman house is bigger than houses in Airport crap. The servant quarters alone houses 3 families...gardner and two house help..with their families...and a driver.
Your country real estate market is child's play compare to Accra...
Kenyan zombies, learn this and know peace.
Just put an average price on 2 million single family homes and you will see how much money has been poured into the real estate market.
Don't compare old nonsense houses in your country with pit latrines to modern homes in Accra.
Accra property market is in the top 5 most expensive in the world for a reason. No Kenyan can afford to live in Accra.. If you can do, you will afford living in any part of this world.
mtisQ: Hey, don't bring Kenya into your weirdo conversation..we ain't mates bro... C compare with other like wealthy (gold stuff) but still impoverished countries. That may appear to be contradictory, but it is true.
