mtisQ: You know ths dude just summed up everything about you guys.Dont know why you keep on wasting your energy wailing about non-existence stuff bro stop comparing stuff ya cant win ..Come to think of it, i thought thread was about Nigeria vs Kenya..then ya had to drag ya self into matter not concern you...see people are learning stuff about Ghana an they aint good..
Fell comfortable my brother from Ghana
The guy is protesting about Ghana issues which are mostly political and not socio economics ....
Of course he knows that on any realistic comparison Accra is more developed than Nairobi....
Ghana 2 million housing unit under construction is a fact kiddo.Facts are always stubborn
No more lunacy from you, facts will always be fact.
Your poor sister can't afford living in Ghana and she's crying. Renting in Ghana is an expensive thing.
She should either pull up or get out
This is not poor slummy Kenya where she will easily get some slum to go and live in.
She shouldn't be complaining when she's getting good homes and neighborhoods like this but I guess since she is used to living in Kenya slums, she might want something like pipeline.
Mkenya2019: Again slum occupy just 2 percent of Nairobi landmass and 5 percent of build up area - hidden mostly in valleys. My uganda colleague was telling me Nairobi is very deceptive - modern city - you rarely see those slums - unless you purposively visit them. Maybe kibera is largely visible from Langata - the rest are hidden in river valleys.
And the slums are illegal - some the last two years have been demolished. Gov still compensate the slum dwellers and destroy. Right now huge part of Mukuru kwa Njenga slum is being demolished. All will eventually be demolished

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkluzEpb9SU Some zombies think development is about some few high rise buildings in the middle of nowhere.. Development should spread, don't concentrate it in your CBD only.
Since we started debating we've never seen any decent street view videos of their residential areas yet they claim they are developed and want to compare themselves with others.
I throw a challenge to you stone eaters, post street videos of your prime areas make we see. Naniama
Why do you want them to disgrace their motherland?
mtisQ: Thanks the convo between the Boer an just30 the madman is over.. Bythe way who won...i hear an word about a Rifle an i swear ..lemme just leave it there
68816419: Spintex is a good area, I was there some years back, what I think should be done is, the major roads linking spintex and other parts of Kenya needs to be expanded, the population in spintex is on a high side now.
Yep
That is why they've decided to build a new 10 lane expressway for them and expand their LEKMA road into a 4 lanes road. They've also removed the roundabout at flower pot junction and replaced it with a flyover.
The population there is huge and the are has grown a lot
Zombie Kenyans really need to learn how to build houses..
Another tiny village in the middle of nowhere, is this what you want to compare with over 50,000 properties in Spintex?
There is a reason why Accra has one of the most expensive properties market in the world While this is not a great thing.... The current demand is overwhelmingly 2m units and over going up and the reason why we can build an entire community more than the size of all of Kenya few decent areas combine
rvp2018: Nobody put iron sheet on any property in kenya worth more than 50k usd. What is prime about the area - upcoming mall . How many malls are Nairobi?
What is prime in Nairobi for umpteeneth time - start from lots of greenery (leafy suburbs in Kenya speak), start with large land holdings (not 1/8 plots , start estates with best in everything - international schools. hospitals. malls. golf clubs.
There is not a single estate in Accra that would be called prime in Nairobi or even reach Mombasa Nyali
This is an example of PRIME - Karen. Entire west africa including sijui Banana crap of Lagos - nothing like prime estate exist. South Africa, Europe and North America yes.
It's good you know that the best of your country can only be compared with this.
The entire Spintex neighborhood is prime area as in, you will be lucky to live there. Everyone with permanent residence there is a wealthy person. Prime areas have great sporting and entertainment facilities, great schools, the best gyms, great restaurants, superb hospitals. No one will sell you an acre plot in a prime area here, you will have to go to a village to get that.
No wonder Nairobi is all village
What is prime in Nairobi will not even qualify as village properties in Ghana because even village properties have tarred roads.. Since you don't know, let me break it for you, the roofing sheet on the houses in Karen are iron roofing sheet.
This few Karen properties is what you want to Compare with over 50,000 properties in Spintex?
Even one estate alone in Spintex has more properties than all of Karen.
