Accra offers some of the best custom built houses on the continent and nothing in Nairobi will come close

Arguing with who? Knight Frank, JLL, InterNations? Yeah Nairobi bribed them.

You west african morons need to deal with reality.

Who are you compared with those institutions?

Bring data to back you up. Not your empty frustration.

Mad cow. You cannot impress anyone with Accra. If there was a market for prime and luxurious properties - likes of Knight & Frank would be there - to sell.

You real estate - in CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAp.

Random politician or millionaire or footballer house. Wait for them to build one luxurious house per decade.

Nairobi you can always find 10,000 million dollars house on market - with more being built daily.

If I ask you to list even 100 such house in entire Accra - you cant. You will not find 100 - million dollar house in Accra. Same with Lagos. The whole of west africa has very little in prime properties on the market.
Lunatic

Knight Frank has been here so many times already
All the markets I listed have a far advanced prime real estate market than Nairobi.

Is there any figure like 10,000 million? 🤣😂🤣

Let me tell you for a fact again

Accra
Lagos
Casablanca
Cairo
Alexander
Cape Town all offer better prime real estate market than Nairobi according to knight Frank and the rest.

These markets offer some of the best yields on property.

In this field, Nairobi is still a learner.

Is there even a property worth more than 15 million in your slum Nairobi?

or it could mean youre an idiot who is arguing with Knight & Frank.
Apart from a random footballer house in Accra - you have zero market for prime properties.
Nairobi - average house is a million dollars - and there is huge market for those.

This one will set you for six million dollars

It just mena you're stupid and can hardly understand anything

Footballers are the least people with nice houses here in west Africa. It's unlike Kenya where only politicians own nice houses.

This will cost you nothing less than 15 million

You can sell your slums for any yield. These are prime properties. That is market that doesnt exist anywhere in Accra or Lagos or Abuja.

Now you're arguing with Knight and Frank smiley smiley
Fortunately the prime property market in what Accra and Lagos thrives in.

If your prime property market is fetching those low yield, it's a pointer to so many things that ain't right.

One of which could mean that the properties are not so prime or the market ain't ripe for those prices, so not affordable.

I think it's a combination of both and I am vindicated by the fact that occupancy ratio is lower than even Ivory coast.

Sorry I don't delve in lame argument to boost your ego

Nairobi has no peers in Africa when it come to prime real estate. Even Cape town is struggling in many indices I have seen recently.

Knight Frank with cresta - biggest real estate firm in world agrees.
JLCC - 2nd biggest agree.

Of course an idiot from Ghana without even functional sewage will disagree.

Lunatic

That's some of the lowest change in yield I've seen on any Competitive African property market.

Most of the African property market are doing 7% to 12% change in yield and Nairobi is only doing 2%

Cairo
Alexander
Cape town
Abuja
Accra
Casablanca and co are all doing better the Nairobi in this

Mad cow - those are middle or even lower-class houses - in Nairobi. Small sized house without any green spaces, no playing ground, no swimming pool, no privacy?

Nairobi has been ranked ahead of London in a global index that tracks price movements in the top five percent luxury residential properties across 45 cities in the world, raising the status of Kenya's capital as a favourite investment destination in Africa.
Nairobi houses are boys quarters which are typical low income houses

Boarding system is everywhere

What you fail to recognize is the fact that all humans can be stubborn and bad but the way the society reacts to issues have a way of controlling such manners. The recalcitrant behaviour of Kenyan students sterns on the fact of a failed society.

Ghanaians can be as bad as anybody but then our upbringing makes us to comport ourselves all the time. Also you wouldn't want your life to be truncated just because of your bad behaviour.

In summary, the difference between a Ghanaian and a Kenyan is Ghanaians are generally civilized whilst Kenyans aren't, even the way you guys dress speaks volumes grin
herh the dressing part

I've always wondered why they dress like slaves even students on Kenyatta university campus grin

You are losing it gradually.

What the lady said in the video and how you narrated are quiet opposite .

I repeat, Kenyans are so primitive to the extent that you guys think everything should be done the same way everywhere.

Whether Matatu, Danfo, trotro or buses the underlined word is transportation . Some countries prefer trams and monorail, all that is important is for people to reach their destinations on time.

Basically, all that you do on this page is you write stupid things then tag every country so people will argue with you. You have a mental problem

Economist, Dr. Adu Owusu Sarkodie, is calling for the withdrawal of the over $1 billion Heritage and Stabilisation Funds invested overseas.

According to him, these funds have generated a just a 2% return on investments, which he describes as very meagre.

Just40 what do you think? Do we actually need Imf, we can just tap back our money
Theres both a positive and negative to this.

The positive side is that Ghana needs that money more than were ever it is invested and the returns the fund will make when invested in Ghana will be huge and the impact will be big.
When Mills and Mahama decided it was wise to invest it abroad away from the volatility of the Ghanaian economy, the NPP strongly kicked against it.

The negative is that the fund is best protested in a safe investment environment. If you expose it to the volatility of Ghana economy, you stand the chance of losing a lot because of people making bad investment decisions with it.

The money should stay there else the govt will use contingency vote to misuse it

No we don't need the IMF infact we have never really needed the IMF in most of the times we've been there but the Ghanaian politician is lazy and hate the political cost that comes with not going .
When ever they want to make tuff reforms, they just sign up to the IMF and use the political cover to make those reforms. This way they can put the blame on the IMF.. quite smart grin

Why should it be opposite in dec - this when dollars from summer bunnies is flowing? more supply; prizes drops;
I think good sign that domestic debt market didnt lose all hopes.
You still need to default on external debt.
And nail IMF deal
Before we can talk
Because all throughout history, the cedis fall the most in December because of the huge import that takes place around this time and exports inflows had dried up.

But the positive sign has come from Ghana balance of trade that has been in the positive for the last few years and this year, that surplus has increased above 8 billion dollars.
The next positive is the market realizing they over priced the uncertainty because of govt contradicting signals.

They are normally called Indian toilets;
They are quite popular in kenya shared apartments...as they are easy to clean.
In fact it universal toilet in rural kenya...if you dont have lots of water it better....for people to squat than sit on all the microbes.
I dont know of universities using them.
At UON we had standard toilets but they were dirty - and dirty is understatement.
UON sit right in middle of city - and anybody can walk in.

What I gather Ghana at universities are like junior high school kids.

Kenya are pretty rough...and universities during our time were tough...that was only institution that fought moi dictatorship.

More like South Africa kids....we would go and attack police station...people died...get shot....bhang was smoked...name it.

Universities in kenya is where education FAILS completely.

90% of university kids in kenya have been taken through boarding from lower primary - age of 8yrs for some - and for first time they have FREEDOM.

99% of university kids in our time had been through boarding secondary - and for most this was their time of freedom.

That is why kenya boarding system need to be scrapped because eventually it fails as kids need to be nurtured.
What you're writing don't add up at all.. and filled with nonsense.
You can immediately spot the difference between someone who attended boarding school and day school. Boarding students are so independent in thought and mature compare to day students.
So responsible and time conscious

First of, Boarding is full freedom for students in Ghana secondary schools(that's where they get their first freedom from parental control) and the nurturing is so good that they grow up to become responsible citizens and not hooligans.
Just look at male rooms and how clean their washrooms are

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_IDl2ux6kow

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eax01Hi8mfM

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgCdSf_wFMU

If Kenyan students are turning up as hooligans who are unable to clean their own toilets as responsible adults, it is because secondary school failed them.
They didn't just failed at universities, they first failed at secondary school

1 dollar equals to 12.80 today .

CFA is also crushing now

Remember this is December , it should be opposite.

The market has realized they prized in too much uncertainty and now that they've realized debt servicing only take 35% to 40% of govt revenue, they know that govt is liquid enough to pay it debt

Woodish smell; you can be a wordsmith if you go back to school I tell you.
Let me tell you - Accra and Mombasa - same tropical climate - same high temperatures - same humid warm air- but no putrid smell in Mombasa.
Kenya has poverty. It has slums. It has very poor people living in remote areas like Turkana.
Slums smells.
But they are only 2.5% of Nairobi landmass.
Now kenya sewage coverage is high. Nairobi is 70%.
Almost every little town in kenya has modern sewage system.
madness is doing you

Even Accra and Lagos or Abidjan don't have the same climatic effect.
There's a current of Cape Coast that diverts wind and rain bearing clouds from Accra.

While Mombasa smell just as nasty as Nairobi... I'm sure you've watched the video of the guy who came to Kenya to do slum tourism grin grin his kid exited your airport holding her nose because of the pungent smell.

Don't confuse that with woodish smell, woodish is comforting like when it rain and the droplets hit the dry mud, the nice smell it gives up.

Ghana has better sewage management than the nonsense you run in Kenya that floods your community daily causing you guys cholera yearly.

Ghana has an environmental controlled sewage treatment for all it regions.

A plus for Ghana is the fact that most of it drains are covered.. Kenya can't even provide drains for it communities let alone cover it hence sewage infected water just run openly in your communities hence the pungent smell
