Every year in Kenya you must take your commercial car to be inspected unless it's a personal car.


For any car to be allowed to operate in the country, it must have an inspection sticker issued by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA).

The sticker confirms that a car is fit to operate in the country without endangering the lives of other road users.

Inspection is done in collaboration with the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) and supervised by the government through the National Police Service (NPS).

During the exercise, car owners are expected to present their automobiles to inspection centres set by the government

To ascertain if a car is fit to operate in the country, the government confirms the automobile's date of manufacture, steering wheel, condition of tyres, electrical wiring and equipment and lighting system.

"Defects to be checked for condition of the body shall be body panelling and guard rail, PSV flap type doors and PSV luggage compartments," KEBS stated in their inspection checklist.
"Defects to be checked for doors shall be missing door, hinges, stiff doors and worn out door hinges," the checklist further adds.

However, the conditions vary depending on the car, such as Public Service Vehicles (PSV) and personal cars.

I think both sports require skills. Footballers are clearly more skilled at intricate footwork…rugby players have far more rules they have to adhere to…no forward passes, rules where you can tackle, how you can hold, how long you before you have to release the ball…even if you have control of the ball when you score a try. Football has less rules in this sense. I think overall, rugby is the more skillful when you look at the game in its entirety - the speed, mental aspect, tactical play, fitness required as well as rule adherence.

Football of all sports( if you count chess out) requires critical thinking the most. East are not particularly bright as you can see from their representatives here. They will never play football well. I heard Ghana once beat Kenya 13 - 2 or so.

They usually don't have the mental fortitude to think critically, Kenya in particular and that is why they will never play competitive football
