@op, In lagos especially on the lekki axis, from 2 storey building upwards requires soil test after which the structural/architectural will be drawn from the findings from the soil test. The soil test is then submitted with the drawings for approval. BUILDING PLAN APPROVAL TAKES a MINIMUM of 4MONTHS.

Truth is that many out there need in one way or the other. Recently I visited an orphanage home in abuja, Jabi area.

I couldnt help but cry. Many are suffering and many are better off those suffering yet, we are still not okay with what we have.

Yet we still earn for more.
I stumble through out the street of Zuba last Sunday and I saw many needy beggars who even at me handing them Coca Cola and Biscuit they hugged me like their life depended on it.
