Very true... Just yesterday at one of the IDPs in the north (I am currently working wif one of those NGOs). We needed their voters' card number to enable us verify dt we r giving the right people the relief materials + for proper documentation. Over 90% didn't have their PVCs with em, I was later told by one of their leaders that their PVCs av been collected long ago by delegates of the ruling party.


God go help us for we country sha.

If I remember correctly, d road in question was completely before December 2015... I last passed tru there early 2017 n can not send you a picture cos I won't be going there anytime soon. But, u can do some lil traveling exploration to dt part/Oda parts of the country, who knows? YOU may be HEALED of the Zombiec Immune Virus.

While Jerry Gana was to Handle Mokwa-Bida(90% of which he did before 2015), Emir of Ilorin on the other hand was to handle Ilorin Jebba tru Mokwa but didn't, until during ds administration.
