He also corroborated what one of the engrs handling the road construction said during d commissioning that they had about 20km on one side and another about 10km on d other side(disjointed).

Did Reno's get to the exact 30KM mark without any disconnections? I understand he stopped at 19+KM. If he did not show a straight(no breakage) 30km, what are you now blabbing about?

It can be frustrating, but I'll counsel u not to give up - esp. regarding ur siblings and anyone that you can trust to have your back - I have had similar situation happen to me and I regret giving up on training some people around me(they wanted the money but had no interest in learning the process, got fed up and let em be)... Somethings later happened that taught me valuable lessons.
Pls don't stop trying to teach em(family and friends) even if it means "incentisizing" the learning process, a wealthy man among several average people, is an average man too - it might just take a while for him to realize it.

So I saw a thread earlier, and decided to educate husbands in the house how to play the home politics, just as adviced by my pastor's wife.

My pastor's wife thought me a valuable lesson. She legitly told us to be smart as husbands, when the kids did something wrong in your absence and your wife did not discipline the child, but waits for you to come back and discipline them, don't. Make sure she disciplines them herself, otherwise your kids will think you are the wicked one and the evil one.

Don't always give your wife all the money to buy things for the kids, take the children out to the market, buy them clothes, take them to the grocery store, buy the provision in their present. Let them know you are the one buying them. If you buy them shoes or anything, make sure they are aware that you are the one buying them. If you do all these, the kids will love you more. This is 2022, don't allow your wife rob you of your years of labor when it's time to reap.

You can add your own way of playing the family politics.

If you anointed them as pastors who you believe have the fear of God in them. Why not transfer them to where they can succeed in soul winning and then send the city pastors to rural areas in their place?

Alot of people have said funny things here including your comment. I wl reply ur questions in a bit.... Now what most people don't know is d unruly attitude of some of this new pastors, I am a winners member n 3 among some of this new pastors under our station (branch whr I worship) might also be sacked for reasons such as embezzlement n absenteeism (1 of em collected over 400k 4 land n disappeared), two others only go for Sunday services in their respective stations when it's convenient. They have all been queried and haven't changed, when they are sacked, they will use the same template (letter), if any of em go to social media to cry, de will not tell u what de did wrong bt say wt suits their narrative.

What should the church do? Instead of using the word "unfruitful" which entails absenteeism, misconduct, embezzlement, Little to no evangelism, lack of growth etc, - the church can be more direct by stating what de did wrong in each one's case cos I know de would av received queries b4 d sack.


Now to ur question: Been sacked by winners doesn't invalidate their calling, nobody was there whn God called em, so de can go open their ministry, become evangelist, try other ministries etc.

Secondly, u want d city Pastors transferred to villages n village pastors moved to cities? Trust me while d city Pastors WL definitely be productive in d villages, d village pastors might end up scattering d city churches 4 obvious reasons. May I ask u a question, will u becos u love ur 3 yrs old son gv him d key to 1 of ur cars to drive himself to school? Or tell him not to try standing up when he's less than a year old simply because each time he stands he falls n hit his bum on d hard floor? U see, ds pastors in d cities av also at a time paid their dues by pastoring village churches, u won't expect ur junior to come handle ur organizations headquarters while u d manager is expected to function from a village. No one does that.


My personal opinion abt ds is dt people shd not become pastors simply becos they r jobless or because people feel de fit d description, no, bt instead de shd make sure de r called, also make sure ur calling is into full-time ministry. Personally, I av turned down atleast 3 people who feel my way of life..... suits d work of d ministry(including a pastor). But I know I av no such calling. If u can't stand d heat, mk sure u r not inside d kitchen.

For your info., Faith tabernacle holds at least 4 services every Sunday inspite of the 50k sanctuary and overflows running to 10s of thousands. Technically, even the 100k sanctuary won't be enough by the time they are through building it. So, where is the excesses here? And if people don't go to church on Sundays, who and who de fill each of the services on Sundays?
