Did you get an email notification when your EOR was ready from them? Also, was it stated in the email if the EoR was positive or negative?

In my view though, I think MOD hardly give favorable EOR for writing..I also applied for EOR on the writing module but na just my 46k dem chop..lol

Ideal in worth sense?. That has IT jobs/oppourtunities or that have IT as occupation in demand. For the later i can only think of sask and Ontario. For the former, all provinces has IT jobs but it's higher in Ontario.

I have been a silent reader, encouraging myself with posts on here, and getting enlightened. I am currently in the pool with a score of 450, hoping for a draw next Wednesday with favorable cut-off. However, my birthday comes up second week of April, and I have been told that even if I get ITA before my birthday, I will eventually be refused the PR because of my potential loss of 5 points. I was told that I will be assessed based on my age/score as at when I submit the application, not as at receipt of ITA. How true is this?

Secondly, regarding POF, I have read how people use reference letters from their pension account. I am the PA, so can we use my spouse's pension account statement as part of our POF? An agent I asked said that we would have to first liquidate it and transfer the funds to my account, which we are hesitant to do.

1. If your birthday comes while you are in the pool, you will drop 5 points. But if you receive ITA before your birthday, then you score is locked. It does not matter when you submit your application.

2. Spouse PFA is allowed and all you need is a letter from the PFA stating you have access to 25% and quote the necessary section of the law. Also, attached the pension statement. Don't let any agent mislead you, you can't even access the money till after 4 months.

thank you all for rejoicing with me. I look forward to seeing many more PPRs today. @justbazick, For OINP I submitted 6 months statement although it is part of the requirements, the key thing is they want to know if the funds are easily liquidable and not borrowed. so if you are submitting a 3 months statement for example, you will need to state the reasons in your LOE and yes mutual funds are accepted. you need to be able to get a letter from your investment company clearly stating the current value of your funds and how much is withdrawable in CAD. whether this is acceptable to IRCC is a question for the elders.

For those that evaluated HND as Diploma (three years) and postgraduate certificate (one year). How did you fill this in the ee profile under Education history.

I am particular about the Period and Complete/full academic years options for the postgraduate certificate.

Below is my current WES evaluation.

Don't waste time requesting a remark for speaking. You should easily earn a 7, and that'll reflect well on your overall score.
