Can someone tell me what's wrong with UBA before they finish my money?

All I want to ask U, is did U lost Ur ATM Card before And reaply for new one, and the old one that lost never expire? I too also received twice December CARd MAINT, and I give them my problem and they told me that I will close one I av lost.
