Wats good y'all. .

Jackal, wats up

Nice games on Tuesday. . .Arsenal and Man Utd I mean. . .

The most improtant thing about the United game to me was to see how well we could cope without Scholes. And guess wat, we did quite well. Anderson is really really turning into the player that can replace Scholes. .
Nice one. .

Lookin forward to Nov 3 when Arsenal gets their full test of strenght, but they have to survive Liverpool first. .

UNITED IS BACK!!!
Just the exact tonic we needed and we got it, Now the goals would start coming in torrents.

Beautiful display of footie, Hey! Did anyone see Anderson? That guy was my man of the match. Those passes were clinical and outta this world!!! I'm sure he'll give Carrick a big fight for a startin shirt.
Really nice football except for stupid ol' Mike Riley who almost ruined the game wit crazy officiatin. He should be sanctioned for not givin United those 2 clear penalties,

All in all, a nice game and currently on top of the table, So the pressure's on Arsenal.

Word RuuDie, Word. . .

I definitely have come to trust Fergie's judgement on certain issues, especially when it has to do with United and its progress.
For Fergie to put all his hopes and trust in a Rooney-Tevez partnership, then it must be worth something. He wont stick out his neck on what he is not sure of.
Come to think of it, Fergie sold Smith and Rossi just so he could have Tevez. . . .doesn't that count for something?

I think the best we can do now is to give the two boys some time to gel. . I've been seeing flashes of what a mad combo they 'll be myself. . and once they click, the whole of England would suffer. .

We'll see how they fair tomorrow against Wigan.
. . , and I pray Anderson starts. .

Nice to have u back dude. . , and dont ever go again. . lol grin cool cheesy

United is gradually making its way to the top. Slow and steady, we'll overthrow Arsenal and become leaders.

But like I keep saying, we need to start scoring.
The only game we scored more than once was against Chelsea. We need to start scoring 3, 4 goals per game.
Remember United at this position last season? We were had like 20 goals in 8 goals. But the exact reverse is the case this term.

Rooney and Tevez are not yet one. Time and more games together is wat they need and I trust Fergie's judgement. If he believes in the partnership then it means he knows how lethal the pair would become. . . .

Lets see the game against Wigan and the partnership. . .

I really really want to see Anderson play. He has not had enough playing time to show his class. I just wish Fergie can give him at least 70 mins on Saturday. He can drop behind Rooney and Tevez and relieve Scholes so he can drop a lil bit behind to fill in for Hagreaves.

Nani can be very brilliant like you said. But he has a lot of growing up to do. He plays like a school kid. He holds on to the ball way to much like he wants to impress everybody. He should quit the freak show and play some matured football.
But presently I still prefer him to Giggs. He can be very good when he wants to and I really enjoys his drive-ins into the box. His passes too and good. . .

And I really really want to see a lot of goals on Saturday. United must win with at least a 3 goal margin. Its long overdue. . .We need 'em goals. . .

Chelsea To Appoint Ten Cate As First-Team Coach

Chelsea will appoint Ajax manager Henk ten Cate as first-team coach at Stamford Bridge next week, according to reports in several English newspapers this morning. He will work with Avram Grant, who will remain as team manager.

Ajax boss Henk ten Cate will be appointed as first team coach at Chelsea next week, to work with team manager Avram Grant.

The Sun said it could reveal 'exclusively' that Dutchman ten Cate has accepted the role, and other papers are carrying a similar story.

"Ten Cate was behind Barcelona’s Champions League triumph two seasons ago and believes in the beautiful game, like [Chelsea owner] Roman Abramovich," says The Sun.

It quotes 'A Blues insider' as revealing: “This is Rom’s [Abramovich's] attempt at making Grant’s appointment work. Ten Cate will fill the gaps. He’ll be the coaching brain, he’ll wind up the players and motivate them.”

Avram Grant will be team manager and still have an input on selection and tactics, as well as dealing with the media and remaining the public face of Chelsea.

But ten Cate will sign a three-year contract worth £2.1million a year after meeting Roman Abramovich last week, according to the report.

Ten Cate has a reputation for producing teams that play football in the classic attacking Dutch style, and was recommended to Abramovich by Chelsea's Academy director, Frank Arnesen.

And it is claimed that the Dutchman will bring technical expertise to Chelsea that has been missing since Jose Mourinho and his staff left Stamford Bridge two weeks ago.

The Sun's insider claimed: “Some of the players have complained training hasn’t been the same since Jose left. The sessions seem to lack a bit of sharpness.”

It is also claimed that Grant has given his backing to ten Cate’s appointment - but that the current assistant manager, Steve Clarke, "might feel the time is right to move on."

Meanwhile, ten Cate himself has said he does not want to talk about the speculation linking him with Chelsea.

Dutch football magazine Voetbal International also claims that Arnesen has held talks with ten Cate about a move to Stamford Bridge, but Sky Sports say ten Cate "is adamant he wants to remain fully focused on Ajax's Uefa Cup match with Dinamo Zagreb on Thursday."

Sky quotes ten Cate as telling Dutch media, in response to questioning: "I only want to answer questions about the game of Ajax against Dinamo Zagreb.

"I can't say if the interest of Chelsea is right or not. I thought I was clear.

"But I want to say it again. I only answer questions about the Ajax versus Dinamo Zagreb game."

Roman would not cease to amaze me!!!!!!!!!!!! This guy is really funny. . .

Whoever can tell him this should pls do. . .BEAUTIFUL FOOTIE CANNOT BE BOUGHT!!!!! IT IS DEVELOPED!!!
Even if he buys Ronaldinho+Kaka+Raul, if Chelsea would play shite, they would play shite!!!.

and pls tell him to buy Bendel Insurance, cos they surely can use his wealth!! cool

Just read the full extent of Carrick's injury. . .
Very very bad news. No Carrick. no Fletcher, no Hagreaves. . . . .

Well I guess its time for Anderson to partner Scholes in the middle and i've been waiting for the guy to explode. This mite just be his needed break. I saw flashes of him against Roma. Hopefully Fergie would start him this weekend instead of misfiring Giggs.

Many injuries we've got but there's still no cause for alarm.

Just praying our Rooney-Tevez partnership pays off. . . .and I mean very very soon.

so wats been happening at the united front apart from our 1-0 wins and the increasing list of injuries?
is Neville coming back any soon? and i heard Hagreaves would be back this weekend. How true is that?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by justkunmi(op): 3:04pm On Oct 03, 2007
Nice win. especially with the 3 points but I'm not satisfied at all.
United was clearly missing something.
There was no bite to the game. Nothing special, nothing to point to, just the goal. We've kind of thrown our daring approach away. We were kinda relaxed and were waitin for Roma to come at us. . .

And I defintely am not comfortable with these slim 1-0 wins. This is the 5th or 6th time we'll be winning with a single goal this season. This is a far cry from the United I saw last season.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE PROBLEM!!!!.
Rooney and Tevez are starting to click but the journey is too long. They had better gel as soon as possible. . .
Nani did well but I think he over did it a little. He holds on to the ball way too much and it annoys me.

Well. its a good thing we are winning at least, but I need to see 'em goals.

and I think things would surely change when Gary Neville returns. He'll reduce the work load on Ronaldo on the right so he can be more attack minded and daring. And also, Rooney could use his crosses. . . .

. . .and wats up with Hagreaveshuh

I totally agree wit everythin you said plus more! Giggs was a complete retard yesterday. He was playin as if he was a Birmingham player. Giving the ball away whenever he has possession. The most annoying was the beautiful ball Evra gave him. All he needed to do was either pass to Rooney or shoot himself but the cow ran at the defence and lost the ball. I was so frustrated! He should be benched for the next 4 games for that shameful performance. Thank God we had the points!

Nice win but wats up with this 1-0 wins? Its beginning to get boring!
We coulda been 3 goals up at half time but we just fired blanks!

Giggs was our weakest link in yesterday's match. He didn't kick a ball right. He was completely not in the game. I think he is gradually wearing out,

I really really hope we start gettin 'em goals! We need GOALSSS!!!

season 3 is now on TV. seen the first 2 episodes. i'll say the stuff is quite commendable but i have a lot of questions to ask. i need someone else who has seen the first 2 episodes to please answer.

how come they all ended up in sona. .bellick, michael, t-bag, mahone.
how can a prison run without guards, officials? is it possible for only one man to manage ravaging and hungry prisoners?
, and when will they ever be free. i mean michael, his brother, sara and LJ. . .??

united is gradually getting its form back. Every match we play has been better than that the previous one. Soon enough, we'll hit our usual form and we'll be unstoppable.

The 2 goals against Chelsea was really a booster. The first time we'll score 2 goals in a game and i see more and more goals coming.
Saha is now 100% fit. Tevez has broken the dead lock, Rooney is itching and rearing to go,. . .there's just no stopping us. . .
We'll soon hit our usual 5-0, 6-1 wins of last season. . . .

Y'all praying for a draw? of course you would.
Slow and steady, we'll get to the top of the table. . . .

Birmingham are not push overs. At least they got a draw against the pool.
An outright win is needed. Nothing less. . .

Tevez should get another goal this weekend. Rooney too.
United should win the game. .

Some even ran outta their homes to cafes just to show that they too can type!!!!! RETARDS!!!! . .

Do you guys know what the Carling Cup is all about?? Its just a competition to allow the lesser teams have a real go at a trophy. . .thats all
Seriously, no one at United, including Fergie has ever taken the Carling Cup seriously. Infact, it is a complete distraction from the real deals. No wonder he'ld play a totally different team from the Sunday winning team. .
Ask anybody, Fergie inclusive, its good riddance, so we can face better challenges. . .

@Jackal

The Young Shall Grow Arsenal project is really laughable. Like u said, the dude has been building a team since I knew what Arsenal was. . .He always has an already made excuse for his mess ups. . ."the team is young and adjusting".
Even Mourinho said it last season that Wenger is so lucky. . He is not under any pressure to win a trophy. He just plays under the guise of building a team!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I seriously need an answer. . .WHEN WILL WENGER'S YOUNG SHALL GROW PROJECT BE COMPLETED??

ok then, West Ham is better than United cos they beat us home and away with 2 unreplied goals. . .a goal in each game. .So I guess the same West Ham is better than Arsenal cos they trashed you guys too home and away. . .
