You're very right but don't blame Nigerians instead blame the government... Building material's are getting expensive day by day and tenants wouldn't wanna pay higher rent and if you overlooked that an build am expensive home it'll end up been there till eternity cos baba shukura and iya ngozi would build there house with substandard materials and the potential tenant's will go there cos according to them your rent is extremely Expensive.


All the same it's very bad to see cases like this, hope the government can really do something drastically about the economy cos everything is getting outrageously expensive.

very right but i think the problems we nigerians have is that we find it extremely difficult to sell houses probably cos of what people will say or if you are still living in the same area but i support your suggestion 100% at least when you build you still get rents even if it's not consistent but buying and keeping a land to dispose off is a no no the wahala ontop that one pass tenants own...i know of a land where the woman gave to some mechanics to work on pending the time she's ready to build or sell...well one of the mechanics actually told me that they do alot of jazz and prayers for the woman not to look back cos she's gonna send them away and it would be extremely difficult for them to relocate.

all our govt and reps as well as the senathiefcians are interested in is oil and money,when will they introduce and implement sensible bills...let there be a fully implemented child labor law..perhaps this would also reduce people giving birth to kids thye can't take care of and expecting mannas to fall from heaven so they an take care of the children..yeah we all have to have kids but having kids which you can't take care of his insanity..even if the kids are orphans then let the govt set up real instituitions that will care for those kind of kids..you will only hear millions and billions as well as trillions but you had keep on wonderfing if the money is been spent somewhere else..


introduce free or subsidized education,provide free meals,implement laws to reduce child labor as well as (if possible) introduce laws to limit the number of kids that citizens can have and provide seminars and education for the poor masses(those ones hobby no pass Bleep) enlighten them on the need for family planing..


all this news are really heart breaking...every child out there(no matter where in the world) should have a good life at least till they are bold enough to stand on their own...
