Hello everyone, Please I’ll appreciate if anyone can help with information regarding how to setup a Forex company is South Africa- What are the steps to be taken? What are the requirements for setup? Please feel free to add any information necessary. Thanks. |
Good day house, Upcoming interview, need help with mock, would appreciate if anyone can help with this. Thanks. |
omoluabiguy:Oh, sorry about that, I’m sure you’re studying really hard, don’t want to be a bother, but I was wondering if you’d be kind enough to help out with mock interview. I understand you’re busy and your schedule is tight right now, I’d really appreciate if you could spare some time no matter how short. Thank you and God bless. |
omoluabiguy:Good evening boss I PMed you earlier, don't know if you saw it. would be glad to have a chance to chat with you |
zeezahbee:Like I said, the general consensus on this thread seems to be that Abuja is tougher than Lagos (perhaps in recent times), you can go back on the thread and read through. Thanks for your response, much appreciated. |
Hello house, A quick question, I’m in a dilemma as to which embassy to go Lagos or Abuja? Read through and noticed quite a number of users advice against going to Abuja because it seems the general consensus is that it’s tougher getting approved... Any particular insights as to why this is so. Your inputs will go a long way and is much appreciated. Please anyone with any insight? Thanks. |

Hello AbujaNIV I have a question to ask, is it possible that your visa is denied after you have gotten the white paper and asked to come back in 3 days to pick your passport? I was chatting with a friend last night and he was explaining to me that someone he knows was denied after getting the white paper from the embassy, reason was that the 'VO/Embassy checked the documents he submitted with the school during his application and discovered that he submitted a fake account statement'... I have a hard time believing this but I need to be sure and confirm if this possible/true. |

gspeed360:Congratulations on your grant! Please share your transcript as is the norm on here, so other people can learn a thing or two... Will help to contribute to the thread's 'awesomeness'. |
Drummerman:You'll most likely get a rejection. You may have to move your offer till the next intake and reapply. |
Stanleyelege:Can you explain point 2 further...? Thanks. |
Howoheye:University of New England is cheaper AUD22500, but you should only go there if you have enough money, small town, tough to find jobs... |
Albion05:It is not impossible, it will be tough, considering the program's demand but definitely doable. Remember you have up to 4 months of break in between sessions, during this time you have unlimited work hours. You'll just have to give it your best shot! Like I said earlier think and look very well before you make the leap. I wish you all the best. Good luck! |
Albion05:The Master of Nursing studies program at the UQ will cost AUD30,128 per session which totals AUD60,256 for the 2 years. UNE is about AUD22,145 or thereabout. UNE's program is cheaper yes, but the entry requirements are tougher than that of UQ. In my own opinion UQ is better for various reasons 1. Location 2. Requirements 3. Program structure... You can do some more research o, but going to Armidale, New England means that you should have a lot of money saved up, because finding a job will be tough. Its a small town in rural NSW. It may appear to be cheaper by a considerable amount, but in the long run when you consider other factors (maintenance cost, finding a job, location...) it may not be worth it? Do more in-depth research before you make the leap. My 2 cents. |
Albion05:CC babajigga This forum is for everyone to share knowledge and benefit, you never know who you may be helping with information you share, there's no need for private messages, just paste the information of the school and any other piece you feel will be of help on here. My 2 cents. |
PurpleG:Hi @PurpleG A big congratulations on your admission, I wish you the best of luck! The nursing program at Flinders is a bachelor's yeah? |
PurpleG:Hi @PurpleG, wondering if your admission at UniMelb came through? Hope you don't mind my asking |
Good day house, Been a while... Please I'd like to know the process of assessment for Lawyers under the SOL program... Tried reading the guidelines online but I din't understand fully... Please anyone that has done it before should help out with information. |
Hello house, Please is there anyone currently studying at the University of New England, Armidale? Thinking of applying to the school, but first want to know what life is like in this city, in terms of job prospects, accommodation... Any information deemed necessary is welcome. Thanks. |
PurpleG:@PurpleG Happy new year, may the year be a prosperous and successful one. Hope you don't mind my asking, were you successful with your application to Unimelb? |
Michaelchang:Like I said earlier Australian education is expensive and rightly so, about a graduate degree being cheaper, I think so and this is because you spend a shorter time (depending on the program between 1.5-3 years, but the average is 2 years in most schools), the truth is, it is all relative and depends on your peculiar situation and choice of study. It depends on what you're interested in studying, this is what I think you should do, there is a skilled migration program that is ongoing in Australia check the list of occupations and see which closely relates to what you have studied in your undergraduate (check the list here https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Work/Skills-assessment-and-assessing-authorities/skilled-occupations-lists/SOL) and choose a masters program from the list, this will help cover the aspects of advanced degree and PR. Also I would advice you to go through this thread from the first page (https://www.nairaland.com/3053069/general-guide-australian-permanent-resident) it will give you a good idea of what you are up against and will help prepare you. When you have selected a program, do some research on the schools that offer the course of your choice, (use google) on their website you will find the entry requirements and cost of fees, you can compare the different schools and finally pick one, also you should read this thread from the first page so you can familiarise yourself with the study/admission process. When you have done all these, if you have any further questions maybe regarding visa or anything feel free to ask on here and I'm sure you'll get answers. Agents aren't promoted on this forum, you gotta DIY. I'm sure by the time you've gone through both threads and done some research yourself it'll be a lot easier you'll have a good idea of what to do. Best of luck. |
Michaelchang:When you say work, do you mean work with your statistics degree? What is your age? If you want to go back and study for another degree, you must have a good reason why you want to do that, it is very important you'll need to convince the VO why you want to go back and study for a degree that is not related to what you studied previously. Australian education is one the best in the world and it is expensive. Are you prepared to pay for your education? I won't advice you to go to Australia with the intention of working to pay off your fees. Have you considered going for a graduate degree? I am not trying to discourage you, just letting you know what is involved and to try to help you make the best decision. If you have anymore questions please ask, I can't answer all but other experienced gurus in the house will help you out. |
mayrosplace:What information is it you need exactly? |
Bnimz:Calm down for God, its just around the corner, you'll see! |
jamson:Amen! |
lusen:I think it'll be beneficial if you posted how you did that on here so others can gain from it. That's how things work here. |
jamson:Wish you luck! You'll share your good news in no time. |
