A good section of the UK certainly runs on tax avoidance.
I remember reading something similar on how the now defunct non-dom status was set up by the UK to fleece India and other colonies of taxing certain british folks. Imagine if it was another country had this vast set-up of tax avoidance.... it'd be constant stories of xyz

The NL spambot is set up in an awkward manner.
The criteria upon which it bans words is quite vague and varied. For a while, I noticed words like st0cks, e.t.c related to investing can attract a ban in a weird in a non-specific manner. NL is the only fora where I see this happening.

Even if a post is automatically banned, it should be reviewed by a human and if valid, the ban extended. If not (and recurrent), the coding for the bot looked into. There should be AI spambots that get better with time. Let Seun know to look into this.

The details of your past visas are only needed when you apply for a visa

Please, I need clarification on choice of response to give on the study permit application form section relating to my dependant Child that is accompanying me to Canada.

1. The question in the Study Permit asked "Why is your family member visiting Canada?"

The Options are:
A. Visit - Tourism
B. Visit - All other types
C. Less than 6 months studies
D. Study more than 6 months
E. Work in work permit exempted category
F. Work (Labour Market Impact Assessment Required)
G. Work with an Open Work Permit
H. Transit

2. If I pick that the purpose is D. Study more than 6months for my child, they are asking for PAL/TAL and Acceptance Letter. I am the one going for Master's Programme. Of course, a child needs to attend school while with me over there. Can I claim exception for the child and with what?

I will appreciate your guidance on how this is handled on family applications.

Someone come here and is using AI to reply everybody. Have noticed that thing since am just thinking that why people have not talk. If you check last year, somebody have call him out. Anytime somebody call him out he will start abusing them. He will stay here 24/7 and be replying with AI. He did not have work? He now put his email on his profile for people to DM him so that he can scam them privately. He will say his a Do It Yourself but he is busy promoting agents here. The same person that say Do it Yourself have email on his profile for people to DM him.

If you have not seen this pattern and you're waiting for him to scam somebody before you do something about him. No problem. I will not say anything again but the day he will scam someone here, I will call you out for allowing it to happen before you take action

Whatever you want to write in your SOP, try your very best to avoid including that you stayed and worked in south Africa after schooling. And your real challenge now is not even financial but Home Ties. Trust me, it wont be easy for you to scale through that, you need God's grace.
You literally spent 2 more years in SouthAfrica after graduation, coming home now just when you are about to apply for Canada visa is a big red flag to IRCC.
To make your home ties strong, you need Marriage or Established business with CAC document and tax receipt....
