Like say u enter uk free of charge.

We have people spending 40 to 50 million to UK right now on study visa.



So tell me how u gonna recover that money with just 1 and 6 months post study? This should be the conversation now that sponsorship is almost not in existence or u think uk will give u visa as a laborer?

Mein Gott! Why are you lying so badly? Tv Licence is mandatory for eveyrone in the UK. Even for foreigners living there temporalilty for studies and so forth. It's only IF You don't have a TV that you don't pay.

That's why discos ripoff consumers like overcharging unmetered customers, and doing estimated billing. They are losing so much money due to price controls that things are messed up

And do you pay council tax plus income tax in Nigeria? Council tax in the UK can be between 180-200 pounds...monthly Or,345000-390000 naira monthly?

Most of us don't do above, and we want UK level of schools, streetlight, steet cleaning, and the list goes on?

(I am not defending any useless PBAT government, or APC Or PDP or obi or atiku or buhari...I am just telling you reality as it is. Good things cost a lot of effing money. Nigeria is not making enough money, that is why your government is a mess, and why corruption must be fought at all costs!)

Haha, no.

As an example, if you have a TV in your house, in Nigeria, you pay nothing to the government, in the UK, you pay a TV Licence.
Also, you can spend as much as 30 pounds monthly for power supply for a one room house..that's 60000 naira.
Then there is council tax, etc.
