The way the senators are watching this man reminds me of when u are in a lecture theatre and students are paying attention to all details. BRF is the teacher here BTW, Philips Adudua is large ooo, he full seat (no insult) |
Fashola now looks old with grey hair..... I respect this man |
The way people use figures to support their speech without to reference to source of this data is bad. You can not just tell me your book is the most read book in Nigeria university without stating the source to support the statement. #Danbazau autobiography |
Chrisilo:I think you may have to sleep till tomorrow. Amechi is not in the line up for today |
Hardaysheenar:Exactly, that is one thing most people who don't know the Ekiti political terrain don't know. For someone to have lost his LGA to his opponent in an election, that says so much about being a good business teacher (Fayemi) and a good business man(Fayose), speech in class doesn't translate to best action on field |
Audu Ogbe is next, am sure he won't be drilled so much, he was with most of them since the days of PDP when he was chairman |
Akpabio dey mad ooo, he is not serious at all |
This Senator knows exactly why Sen Sola Adeyeye asked that question, this remind me of a film titled "Saworode" by Tunde Kelani where someone fired the king a question that was not rehearsed |
Senator Andy Uba question is very technical unlike others asking about how someone used the back gate to escape from Abacha's attack |
There is no part of this form where he was asked if he has any other nationality. The question here is do you voluntarily aquire any other nationality and the answer is NO or did you change your nationality in the past and the answer is NO because there is no record so far that he has change being a Nigerian to a South African. As at the time of his birth he is a British by reason of his birth on British soil and not by naturalization. So he didn't voluntarily obtain this nationality. At birth he holds dual nationality which is not a crime in Nigeria or Britain. Another question is can someone with Dual nationality hold such political office, if that is No, then Fayemi, who hold british nationality and Tinubu, Ajimobi and co who still hold USA citizenship as at when they were governors are guilty of this same crime. Simple! |
Feranmicharles:5MB of data will remain 5MB even after 50 years. Data doesn't shrink unless compressed... so don't say 32GB hard drive capacity of today is lesser than that of this 5MB hard drive |
Years ago, if you gain admission to study medicine in the University, your parents will be happy and proud of you. If you are fortunate to get a job in a government hospital and not all these so private hospital after graduation, your colleagues will envy you. If are now unlucky to be employed by Osun state Hospital management board and may be you married to a civil servant in Osun state...... You will envy me who isn't employed by government and not a doctor..... A sad story |
In all these, what is the state house of assembly doing? They are suppose to be the representative of the people. Aregbesola has bitten more than he can chew and he has openly confessed he is confused. It is risky to commit lives of people to a confused pilot. A man that puts the blame of his poor performance on bed with his wife on his neighbour's noise should be checked! |
A van carrying more than 200,000 ballot papers for next week’s parliamentary and council elections has been stolen. The papers had been printed in London and were being taken to two constituencies – Hastings and Rye, and Eastbourne – before voting in the general election on 7 May. The Metropolitan police, which are investigating the theft of the vehicle from Dagenham in east London, has informed Hastings and Eastbourne councils. Officers found nothing to suggest the white Mercedes van had been targeted for its contents or that the theft was an attempt at electoral fraud. They told the local authorities they believed it was a coincidence the stolen van contained ballot papers. The theft took place The vehicle contained 72,300 voting slips for Hastings and Rye, and 130,000 for Eastbourne. A Hastings council spokesman said: “We have been in touch with the Electoral Commission and, following their guidance, we have put a process in place which will ensure that these ballot papers are not used for fraudulent purposes and cannot be included in the count.” A spokesman for Eastbourne council said replacement ballot papers were being printed on different coloured paper to the original batch, so any stolen papers placed in ballot boxes could be easily detected and removed. The Electoral Commission said it was liaising with council officials. Source:http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2015/apr/29/uk-election-ballot-papers-stolen-van-thieves-london |
Aregbe bit more than what he can chew from the scratch. For those who don't know, the dwilling allocation isn't what is killing Osun directly but the loans Osun is servicing from the dwilling allocation which is deducted from the source before giving the state the remaining "CHANGE" Then another question is what was these loans used for? Some many projects that was started over 2, 3 years ago and still on going... (The white elephant Osun airport project was part of it, amongst other abandon road construction projects) Now banks aren't even ready to give the state more loan. It is an example of poor planning. |
This is simple. since there is no Chief Judge or Acting CJ, a CHIEF Priest can swear him in. That is even better, Ogun will be used instead of Bible or Quran. I can bet he will be a good Governor throughout, remember Ogun is fast to act..... |
Majority of electorates in Ekiti are Civil servants and youths who in one way or the other depend on these civil servants. If you want to win the heart of Ekiti electorates, you must be willing to be friends with civil servants in the state. That is one secret Fayose knows and Fayemi didn't understand when he was in office. Fayemi disconnected himself from these people and relied on information from his misleading aides like GEJ. APC needs to go back to the drawing table if they want to get Ekiti from Fayose or his anointed people, if an incubent Governor and his aides could lose their local government and ward election to an opponent, then people should forget such election was rigged. Although am not saying all election in Ekiti was free of rigging. For all I know, election victory in Nigeria for some time now has always gone to the smartest and highest rigger. Fayemi as a leader of APC in Ekiti is a bad market to wrestle with Fayose of any political party |
30mins before he landed, meaning they weren't even above Lagos at all as at the time this picture was taken. (if truly one was taken). Depending on where they are coming from, let me assume from (Europe through the North), am sure about 30mins before landing if there is no problem that didn't make them land immediately, they must be somewhere just after Kano and their altitude as at that time, I won't expect any kind of Camera that isn't professionally meant for Aerial Photography to capture anything good. Lagos is beautiful from above..... |
Johnnyessence: upon decamping APC will win convincely in ondo and let me tell you vividly people are tired of rice and kerosene govt. Gej is doing in d center he will be voted out come 2015 I was watching him in NTA network today afternoon I was highly disappointed in him Cos' he was busy preaching about love when d love of God is not in him .it's in his govt.that will av high level of corruption in d country pls let's compare how d youth that get job in APC state than d PDP state.d difference is clear our eyes are open widely today we are not moved and bribed with money,eDo you mean the same Ondo state where Guber election was held some years ago and ACN was 3rd and PDP was 2nd? A bye election for House of Rep earlier this year and the battle was between LP and PDP and APC was crying foul as usual.... Stop day dreaming, I know for sure Tinubu plus Aregbe can't even boast of winning Ondo state for APC |
Question: Why will a man have a Rolls Royce Phantom at home and decide to use or go after Okada outside? Answer: A man will leave his RR Phantom at home and jump on Okada if the RR Phantom at home is performing like Okada and the Okada outside is performing like a RR Phantom It's not about beauty alone, so many other factors are involved. I rest my case! |
It is better you get to Nigeria, pay for a DL renewal which I think costs less than 9k, get your receipt and photocopy of all forms filled, with that, you can drive anywhere without any fear. Driving with an International DL in Nigeria is like opening yourself to a risk of our MIB(Police) questioning you and the authenticity of the document. My experience: I bought a Laptop on Amazon sometime, later took it to Naija, I was stopped by a police around Makinde, Mafoluku area of Oshodi while looking for Diamond Bank who asked for the receipt of the Laptop, I was able to show him the invoice that came with the delivery of the item when I bought it on Amazon, the Police officer said it was fake because it wasn't written with a ball pen ink and it wasn't signed by the buyer and seller, above all, he said "You wan dey show say you be Londoner abi"? So, forget International DL, else you will end up paying for what you didn't buy |
fijiano202: guy i dont need history lol,am not really sure abt his name thats why i wrote adedibu/adelabu..my point is am thanking abt the dead kingpin in ibadan that fayose depend largely on during his first termGood, Late Alhaji Lamidi Adedibu aka "Olosha Molete", the so called "Dry fish" that Obasanjo said Ladoja and other Ibadan Politicians cannot bend again but must submit to his will, while Chief Adegoke Adelabu aka Penkelemes was another late Ibadan politician, he was popular during the days of Awolowo(you may want to read about him here: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adegoke_Adelabu) Then about God fatherism, Ayo Fayose was never a godson to neither Adedibu(who was Obasanjo's right hand man nor Obasanjo himself), that was one of the reasons he suffered the loss of control of that state and thus impeachment when he was in office the other time. So from my own follow up about Politics in the south west, Thou Ayo Fayose belong to the same political party(PDP) with Late Adedibu then, but he was never a godson to him like Chief Adebayo Alao Akala in Oyo state. I rest my case! |
fijiano202: Mr fayose what was late adedibu/adelabu of Ibadan to u during ur first miserable term of governance...I love Ekiti alot but the stubborness of the people against change is their greatest downfall...Fayemi was never the best candidate for Ekiti but Fayose is far worse...Sorry, which Adelabu are you talking about here? Same Late Adelabu "Penkelemes"? Or what relationship are you trying to draw between Late Adedibu, Late Adelabu and Ayo Fayose? I think you need to go back and get the history/story right. |
If you have taken your time to read through the thread I posted earlier, you won't be asking this question again. With the BlackBerry 10, GLO 1k BIS and Airtel 1500 BIS works on it. I heard at the moment, it works on some Andriod devices too. I use one of the BlackBerry 10 devices and I spend 1k to get 3GB of data valid for 30days or expires when data finishes. For any question as regards BlackBerry10 OS, Devices and subscriptions check this thread: https://www.nairaland.com/1241247/blackberry-10-devices-home-z10 |
harrysterol: how about the non-removal battery is that not an issue? What if the battery get damaged? What will i doI don't see that as a serious issue, the battery is removable once you open the phone case but not like the Q10 and some other phone brands. Iphone 3, 4 and 5 batteries too is same. If you need to change the battery, see a technician to do that for you. |
Yes BlackBerry 10 OS support APK files(andriod apps). For more info about BlackBerry 10 devices, check this thread: https://www.nairaland.com/1241247/blackberry-10-devices-home-z10 It may help you in your decision making |
Ibori holds a dual citizenship, he is a British, that is just the simple reason why he was convicted and jailed in England in the first place when his second country won't do anything about his case during President Musa Yaradua's tenure as the president of Nigeria. The Agreement will only affect the transfer of inmates who are serving jail terms that are not British Nationals, especially those who are involved in Immigration and other related crimes who are not citizens of GB. Instead of wasting so much tax payers money to cater for them in Jail and at the end of the day repatriated back to Nigeria. This is just a way to cut the huge tax payers money spent on this foreign nationals (immigrants) serving in British Jails, so please get your fact rights, this agreement wasn't signed because of James Ibori. I am so sure, he will finish his jail term in Britain because he holds a British Nationality, he is not qualify for a transfer, like the articles quotes "only about 60% of Nigerians there qualifies for such transfer" The author of this article dragged Ibori's name into it to catch attention |
For any BB10 device(s) related question(s), check this thread: https://www.nairaland.com/1241247/blackberry-10-devices-home-z10 |
To check data balance Airtel: dial *123*10# GLO: send Status to 777 |
cramjones: I won't reveal myself and I am not Aminu Gamawa...The only clue I can give about my identity is this:From your previous posts and these information above, now I can confirm CramJones is FFK as earlier speculated by some NLders here. |
