So, we don't know when it was written, it could be in 2020 or 1hour (today) after the collapse.

Of course the copy posted would have been gotten from Prowess Engineering, that is the sender and I wouldn’t expect that to be stamped/acknowledged. Fourscore will never produce their own copy in this situation. They will only do so if forced by law.
