Nigerians are always plagued by short term memory .. Moro*ns coming here to defend the man that achieved nothing . Oil price was the highest during this man tenure and we saved nothing. Everything was squandered . Dividing this country along tribal and religious lines with his wife for votes. Mr I-will-set-up-a-comitee. Fuel subsidy went up to 1.5 trillion. Treasury account raided . You still want me to continue .
I will never wish anything good for Jonathan. I am not based in Nigeria but the hardship Nigerians endured under him shall never be forgotten.
I will never forget ..

Fact 2: if you lose Rivers, your war chest is severely injured and that will give your enemy (PDP) the ammunition(Money) to try to stage a come back.

I will say it again. Only a Lazy man engages in fraud. Its a waste of brain space to sit on a computer to look for desperate widows and men to manipulate and deprive of their life savings.
There is nothing "sharp man" about it . I am not and will never be impressed by how much money you gain from fraud. Open a company that creates value and employ people. Canada is full of opportunities and you will make it if you are willing to work hard and be DEDICATED.

This is what Buhari needs to do.
1. A state of emergency will be declared on states owning more than 3 months salary. Buhari and the federal government will take over management of the states with serious internal Audit and probe of all expenses . Same thing US and Canadian government did to GM ( General
motors).
2. States owning less than 3 months will be paid off directly from the federal with a federal representative signing off on all expenses with the power to overrule the state governor, security votes of tje said governors for group 1 and Group2 will be withheld indefinitely .

3. There will be a thorough enquiry on past governors especially Abia state former governor TA orji who is a kleptomaniac with property-acquiring tendencies.

Buhari bailing out states is a good thing, salary payment is the best transfer of wealth from the government to the people. That will jump start the economy.

Where will he get the money?
Short term emergency loan from China ( better rates ).
Probe NNPC, names will come out and money will be repaid
Do not reduce the price of fuel , any savings from oil swaps should be directed to infrastructure and repaying of loans. No need for 40naira/liter fuel. It's useless and helps no one .

This is the best opportunity for the federal government to control the state governors

A good history and a physical exam can let you know if it is Costochondritis (Chest muscle pain ). You do echo, ECG to rule out the worse case scenario of heart attack.
