This man's statement of the Naira hitting 500-600 to a dollar seems fantasy. If even achieved, it will create a big budget hole in thr government. A target of 800-850 is more plausible.

Frankly speaking, I see the Naira's long term value at between 1,000-1,150.

A loan just kicks the can of worms down the road. Dollar is still going to to depreciate to ₦1300 in a matter of months loan or not. What even infuriates me is that they took a loan for consumption!
