all those british schools with best facilities are too expensive for the average nigerian. imagine spending 2.5million on school fees alone , you havent laid upon other misc expenses in school. parents that send their kids there obviously want the best for their children. its not by mouth but by careful analsyis and deployment between husband and wife. A lot of people give birth without consideration of the child they are bringing into existence .
