It is not about de-marketing, but about infrastructures, safety, ease of travel, visa restrictions, security, tourist attractions, low corruptions, value for money etc.

For example last year, I flew from Stockholm (Sweden) to Marrakesh (Morocco) for 50 dollars return ticket with Ryanair. The direct flight was over 5 hours one way. Now can you fly from Lagos to Abuja which is about an hour for 50 dollars?

For about 30 usd a night, i stayed in a very modern apartment in the heart of Marrakesh, and a fine dining cost even less than you get in Lagos Island. That is why Europeans and westerners troop in daily.

When Nigeria ditch corruption and makes the country liveable, people will come.

A civil Engineer can't do the job of an Architect o! They are not even in same university Faculty or completely in same sector.

Architecture is not only about drawing. It's actually central to the project and provides the guidance the other professionals will follow to translate architectural drawings into life at a point in time and future development. They are the closest to the environment and nature before development commences. I always consider them to be like what Mechanical Engineering is to Engineering projects.


It's ignorant to compare architectural drawing to graphic drawings. That's pathetic. Smh.

Architectural drawings are documents recognized by law and e get why. Go and read up on it.

🕺🕺🕺🕺 taxi driver 3 is here! I might be speaking too soon but I feel like the charm of season 1 is back. I have a good feeling about this season. Omo SBS won with this show cos the ratings for episode 1 alone is the highest rating so far among all the dramas that have aired in 2025. D for dam!n. Tbh I won't be surprised if they've already started making plans for a season 4. The good thing about this drama is that they'll never run out of storylines 🤣 as long as the world exists, there will always be evil people to inspire the script 😩 unfortunately. I also love the fact that SBS isn't being cheap and they're actually spending money on it. I loved that a large number of the Japanese people in this first week were played by actual Japanese people. There's nothing wrong with it but I prefer casting original foreign people instead of some Korean guy who can speak Japanese to play a Japanese person. Speaking of foreign, Lee Je-hoon's English pronunciation OMG he's so good. It's official, I think among all the Korean-born and bred actors, his English pronunciation is the best. I mean there's Kim ji suk but I don't count him cos he actually studied English in university so obviously he has to be good, there's also kid actors but I don't count them too cos a lot of people born from around 2005 downwards have been attending international high school where English is taught but man among say actors born from year 2000 upwards, Lee je hoon has to be the best. He impressed me cos he even got the stress patterns and intonation down. There's barely any Korean-born and bred actor that can do that, a lot of them speak English using Korean stress pattern so even when they pronounce the word right, it still seems odd. I mean Edan Lui is from Hong Kong where a lot of people actually speak English but Ljh still managed to pronounce his English words better than edan. My mans is too seckshi jebal🤣 yoon shi yoon is going to be the villain in next week's episode. I am ready to hate my husband real good 🤣. My one problem tho is why are we never getting esom back, I mean not even for a cameo? Did she fight with the cast and crew? Haba. I want my ship o. Do they just expect uri taxi driver to keep solving crimes year after year. No relationship, no love, no nothing 🤣 wetin happen, is he a priest? The same goes for the other members of the team. By the way sef these villains, don't they have a network or something. How are they never suspicious of Kim Do Ki? Happy new week, Last week has been slow, harmattan is here and it is one of the worst season for me as I constantly breakdown with allergies, already had first attack - blocked nostril, aggressive itchy eyes and general discomfort. All my room windows are locked.

I have an X account with premium subscription but I wish there's a way to automate posts, maybe I will research and see if X have an open API for that but my concern is if they will not rate-limit or suspend the account.

I was just reading an article about migrant returnees that were trying to get to Europe but were sent back home and now felt ostracized and suicidal. IOM and the Nigerian govt said they'd be offering psychosocial support and it just made me curious as Im a Psych Nurse Practitioner in the US, how these things are handled there? Appreciate it!
